5 starsThis Company is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with **** and **** and these two Ladies were super amazing. **** had me set up in no time. She explained everything perfectly well and got me started and on my way. **** was also super amazing and finished up the final process. 1 starI was in financial hardship due to a stroke and my husband's heart attack. We are both in our 70's. Financial hardship caused me to LEAVE Alleviate. The late fees kept piling up and only 2 settlements were made. I finally contacted creditors and settled myself. One creditor was nearly $2000 and I settled for $500 on a payment plan with them personally WITHOUT ALLEVIATE. When contactinv Alleviate to cancel the creditors i was told I needed PROOF that I settled with them. I contacted my bank and they said they had no right to request that information as they were NOT owed the funds they were only the settlement agency. I AM OVER THIS COMPANY. The fees from FORTH 9whoever they are) are ridiculous and i am in worse debt than when I started with late fees and interest piled up!!!!!!!! i will finish paying off the two they settled with and then that is it. They have dozens of fees I was not told about. What a hardship they have created for me.Alleviate Financial Solutions LLC
