      They had told me I was approved. My 1st payment was supposed to be on the 3rd. I called to find out why they haven't drafted it yet as it was the 6th already and they told me that they couldn't help me. They shouldn't have said that I was approved and had me sign paperwork if they couldn't help. They didn't even bother to call and tell me. Very upset ??.

      I was with the alleviate for 15 months. Initially paying roughly $700 monthly, then got a call that they have an option to settle an existing account but have to increase my payments to roughly $900 a month. I continue to get correction calls for the entire time I was with this company. Was very disappointed to find out they did not contact all my creditors to let them know I was now dealing with a debt consolidation instead they let me go into collections and my credit score has tanked. Also when I called to quit the program I asked them to give me a breakdown of who they currently had deals with and what they were paying out each month it was roughly $200-300. I then asked where the additional $500-600 was going to, They give me no clear answers. They also told me I had access to an attorney who would help me with aggressive collection calls, I later found out that was an extra fee which they did not initially tell me about but to add insult to injury I never got a call back from those lawyers when called. They wasted my money and time and just furthered my debt I highly do not recommend them.
