    The salesman was rude. He outright lied to my husband earlier today. He would not answer my questions directly. I had to ask multiple times. When he finally answered I said we were not interested and hung up. He called back and said we had got disconnected. I replied that I had hung up after telling him we weren't interested. At this time he tried to pressure me into agreeing to debt settlement. I restated we are not interested and hung up again. He called my husband who did not answer. He then text both of us stating "Your wife is very rude" to my husband. I informed we were not interested and he was harassing us. He continued to text both of us. My husband has to block his number. The service this company is offering is debt settlement not debt consolidation loans. They are not forthcoming with information about the financial ramifications of debt settlement and the impact on your credit score. Additionally they use shame to try and coerce you into signing up with the service. I do not know how they have such high ratings online or an A+ on the BBB.

    Predatory lending service. They call you unsolicited. Tell you that they can get you an unsecured loan to cover some of your unsecured debt. Then switch you into a debt restructuring offer that ruins your credit and your credit lines shut you down. If you arent financially literate, this place is a hack.I tried to cancel when I figured this out and they just stopped responding
