  I had already turned down the offer to work on my finances with Lendvia on a Monday. On Wednesday I got a call from ****************** about the same subject. I was obviously resistant....here we go again.... but his personality, knowledge and approach turned me right around. He spent so much time helping me see the reality of my situation, then explaining how we could work to better it. There was no judgement, no "sales" , just clear information. He also didn't seal the deal then dump me in the laps of others. He called to check in and to make sure I contacted him if I EVER had any questions or concerns.I feel such a relief knowing I'm going to get a grip on my debt.If you have a problem working with up beat, honest, forthright, happy people, by all means avoid *****************.

  My Name is ********** was with another debt consolidator when ******* called me. ******* is a top-notch person in ALL facets of the industry. Based on her knowledge & experience she convinced me to jump ********** was I happy. From day one she paved the way to help me & make me understand what I was up against. I am so thrilled that I decided to use her services moving forward.

  I was given blatantly false information. After exhaustive requests to see the contract, they finally emailed a sample. The policy is to provide it only after you have enrolled and provided permission to draft your account. I was told that they would settle with the creditors in about 4 months. Then my payments would go to the creditors to pay the settled amount over 42 months. The contract says they do not settle with the creditors until they accumulate enough funds to settle the amount agreed. This may take up to 40 months. 40 months during which time you are in default and open to lawsuits and judgements. I was told I would be protected from lawsuits. The contract says I am not protected from lawsuits. I'm provided legal representation until the entry of judgment. Yahoo!I would be required to default on all my credit cards and accumulate enough money to eventually settle with all of them, plus an additional 70% that the sales rep couldn't explain where it went. He insisted the company only charges 27% of the amount of debt reduction. In reality, I would pay 70% of the reduced debt that would go 'somewhere'.

  **** WAS POINT ON. BESIDES BEING PROFESSIONAL,HE WAS WARM AND WELCOMING AT THE SAME TIME. HE MADE EVERY STEP EASY, ANSWERED EACH AND EVERY QUESTION. **** IS VERY EASY TO SPEAK WITH, LIKE A FRIEND. HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE ACTUALLY UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM I HAD WITH MY CREDITORS.

  ************************* was amazing, patient but thorough and certainly on her game. I came in to the process a bit concerned but left thinking I was on a better path forward. Most Americans could benefit from this service but few. get an opportunity, they should call *************************.

  Mo was absolutely amazing. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Along with returning phone calls I had with additional questions. He was pleasant and very kind. Mo made this process very easy!
