    I wish my agent was more honest with me what a *********************** does and how it would affect our creditor relationships in the future. I'm not happy with the service because they cared more about their pocketbook than our situation. We had 6 credit cards with 0% interest with less than $100/mo dollar payments. We had 6 other credit cards with high revolving balances with high interest. We wanted to apply just the high revolving balances. The Agent told us we had to apply all our credit cards together only keeping one credit card. Then they told me once we paid off the loan we would be able to reapply with our credit cards. This is false information. I later found out that there are 4 entities involved wanting to make a buck off your credit cards. They will end up taking over 50% of your debt settlement for the Loan Originator, ***********************, Legal Fees, and Bank Fees. I found out the hard way I could have kept my 6, 0% credit cards. Our creditors will lose over 50% of the debt and will never want to do business with us.

    Accumulating debt has been a difficult process that occurred when I was unexpectedly removed from my position by my previous employer.
