    ******* ******* was an absolute blessing in our lives. Before the phone call with him, I was full of dread. During the call the feeling of dread went away and was replaced with relief. He made me feel like this wasn't my fault. He was reassuring to both me and my 83 year old mom. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts *******. We can finally see a way out of the financial darkness.

    ****** was a G. He was great to deal with all around & very knowledgeable about anything I asked about. Normally, I absolutely hste dealing with calls like this. However, he made it a very easy and quick process. On top of that, being in financial trouble is not fun for anyone, but he honestly made me feel much more comfortable than I thought was possible by letting me know how many others, especially my age, are in the same situation & that I'm not alone. This world is getting worse every year it seems. It's hard to start a life especially for us young small business owners when the the price of everything is ridiculously over priced. But you could tell that ****** actually cared about that and wasn't trying to push anything on me like most businesses do in this kind of scenario,. Couldn't of asked for a better person to get me back on the right track financially. Hope y'all pay him right because I know personally how hard it is to get someone to actually show up to work, and for someone to show up and actually care about what they are doing is a whole different ball game.     ***** ***** was amazing. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I had immediately told him that I wasnt interested and explained to him what I was told about the program and he took the time to give me the correct information I was given and explain how the program would benefit me. Once we looked at my options, I chose something that was best and now Im excited about the outcome. Because he was diligent and very knowledgeable about his job I was able to get a true understanding of the program and now I have a huge weight off my shoulders. Fantastic customer service!
