    They sent me a mailer offering a credit card refinancing loan with a 5.99% interest rate but after wasting about 45 minutes of time, they offer me a debt relief program instead. I still have no idea why anyone would offer a loan for the purpose of paying off credit cards and then say they can't approve it because you have too much credit card debt, as if it's going to be in addition to that when the whole freaking point of the loan is to pay off the credit cards so it would be instead of it. It seems like a pretty simple concept to me and one that the whole credit card refinancing loan business is built on. Apparently a perfect payment history means nothing. But the real beef I have with this particular company is the bait and switch. They're dishonest liars and now that I know that, I wouldn't want to do business with them even if they were offering the actual loan they advertised to me.

    ***** **** really knew his stuff and he listened me out. He was able to give me the help I needed without out being pushy. With todays economy and trying times just as i'm needing a little help I'm sure ***** is also, give him a raise. A nice big raise at that.
