    I contacted, Better Debt Solutions on January 08, 2025, and spoke with ******* ******* let me just say, he truly changed my life today! Coming into the new year, I was drowning in so much debt that I could barely breathe.     This company doesn't do a good job at explaining its service. Their support team does not answer calls and after you sign up, the advisor will no longer be reachable. They ghost you and you are forced to continue payments without fully understanding how things work.

    I believe I am getting scammed by them and am now in the process of trying to get out of the program. I was fooled by the kindness, warmth, knowledge and understanding during my introductory call. That was 5 months ago and all I have to show for it is one settlement, that the credit card company "involved" with it doesn't seem to know about and payments into a forth account of almost $1500 at this point that have gone only toward their fees and "better debt solutions" fees. When I try to call them about this matter, it goes to voicemail and I never receive a call back. Then I tried to email 2 gentlemen that I have been in communication with before and all of a sudden I get delivery failed messages stating that there is a problem with the recipients mailbox and the email account I am trying to reach is unavailable. My credit score is completely shot because I fell for something too good to be true.
