    ****** ****** assisted me with debt resolution process and he made me feel comfortable and at ease and assured me that this was the first step tp becoming debt free. ****** was personable and made sure I received emails he had sent. ****** was patient and understanding. Made me feel like I was the most important person during the process. ****** called me back the next day to make sure I was doing okay. This was a very nice courtesy call. ****** is an asset to your business and will continue to help many more customers. Big shout out to Mr. ******* ***** M ****

    BEWARE!! They will pretend they are helping you with a personal loan but the whole time they are just going to give you debt consolidation/restructure... stay away from this sketchy business and their bait and switch practices!

    I have received calls from many debt solution firms recently and was never interested. This soft spoken representative seemed to have captured my attention. Mr. **** was very knowledgeable and not only explained but also listened to me. We both added to the conversation and maybe thats what made the difference. He made me feel as though I was talking to a friend. I was comfortable. Therefore, I allowed my friend to handle my business. So many companies could use customer service representatives like Mr. ***** Thank you so much!!!!

    ***** was FANTASTIC!! I've been thinking of going this route for some time now, but just didn't feel confident that those I spoke with, really had MY best interest in mind. ***** was super kind to me as well as patient AND knowledgeable. This is REALLY important to me as well as so many others!Thank you *****, for your kindness, patience, and understanding of how shy I am regarding the trust I typically have in these "debt relief" companies and their "processes" the try to sell someone. The way you handled everything changed my mind, at least towards your company.     **** **** was very helpful and explained things clearly and with patience so that i could understand what would happen and what i needed to do on my end. He allowed me to take notes and ask as many questions as I needed. I very much appreciate this excellent approach to customer service. The way this program seems to operate is much better for an individual in debt, and more preferable then a consolidation. I feel this program will serve me better than any I have used in the recent past and am looking forward to life improvements. Thank you very much.-NAMS

    Sad to report, but our experience was far less than satisfactory. Simply, this was a bait and switch game. Sweet talk and then gouging. The spokesperson didn't even try to explain what he was doing and why. Moved us from one product to a completely different product while pretending that the new product was the same. Bait and switch. Like selling a used car after we agreed that we wanted the best value on a new car.Lying and material misrepresentation are rapidly become a new norm in everyday American life, so sad to report. Is there a score below one star?
