    **** ******** is the very definition of great customer service. Friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He certainly seemed to care about my financial goals and offered pathways to my success. He is an effective communicator -and listening is 1/2 of that. Your industry is fraught with aggressive, over/zealous sale pitches. I know have been subject to them through your competitors. **** is a breath of fresh air - honestly felt that he could be part of the team to my financial success. Hes genuine . Hes a star and great credit to BDS. Keep him.

    I had the good fortune of speaking with **** ******** today while applying for a loan. Not only was he exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, he was also pleasant and upbeat. Applying for a loan can be nerve-racking, but he made it very easy. I came away feeling like I knew more about my finances than before I started the phone call. He's quite an asset to the company.

    Helped me to resolve credit card debt and will be paying less than I was every month. One payment for 34 months and Ill be debt free. Would have taken me forever to pay them off the way it was going. I felt cared for and **** ********** was awesome to work with to achieve this. Thank you ****!
