    Requested my personal property be removed from their database. I have "never" provided my permission for them to use my property listing for their profit.

    ATTOM Data Solutions does not collect, store nor sell personal information.  We are in compliance with all State privacy laws.  The data we have consists of public record data, which is exempt from privacy laws.

    Mr. REMOVEDsent us a request on June 18, 2025, to remove his property from our database.  We responded to him on June 20, 2025, that the data we had in our database came from public record data and was in compliance with State privacy laws.  A search of their property address on the internet yields countless databases that contain the same or more information than what ATTOM Data has in its database. As I told the Birnies in my response to them, to have their address removed from real estate searches, they need to have it done at the county where the home is located, and that will prevent companies from getting their information from the data source itself.

    We have removed the property from our database.  It should update within 24 hours.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID REMOVED, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
