      February 11, 2025 REMOVEDtook $ REMOVEDfrom our checking account after I had cancelled our service They only refunded $ REMOVED, they still owe a refund of $ REMOVEDThis $ REMOVEDwas refunded to us after I cancelled our service and it was for service I had prepaid for already which was paid in May 2024. The $ REMOVEDwas for services from Feb - May 2025 which I had prepaid for and was now not using. The refund for services not used was issued before they took the $ REMOVEDfrom us. They say the amount originally paid on February 14th was part of the $ REMOVEDbut it is not.
