    I have emailed the form to you guys as well as mailed it. It should be re issued and none of this would have happened if it was done correctly. I had to miss work to drive 35 minutes to find a notary as well as pay for that out of pocket. Which I shouldnt have since this was a fault of cpt group and not of my own.

    I have mailed all required documents. Come to find out you never received my notary. Missed work so lost wages of 250 dollars plus 25 for the notary. Just spoke to ***** and been waiting for management to call back. This is a complete error on CPT group and I took all required steps and losing wages and time and money to rectify YOUR ERROR! I called on Feb 9th and was told a check was issued and mailed out. Then told today that it is still in house. If needing to file with an attorney for these practices I will.  I shouldnt lose money to get the money owed to me that you guys made several mistakes on!!

We checked our bank records and do not see any indication of the item being returned and it still showed as outstanding in the bank's system. However due to your complaint and out of an abundance of caution, we issued a stop payment today and have reissued it again. It will be mailed today to the address you provided.

    I was a part of a class action lawsuit for ********* v ***** Corporation and I never ended up receiving my check in ***** I called and was told to wait 30 days to call back again to have them reissue my check. I waited the amount of time and called back to be told my check will arrive in 6 weeks. I then waited 6 weeks and called for an update and was told they dont have a time frame for when I will get it now. After looking at the several other complaints about the same issue I am now very concerned I will never see that check. No one I call is any help and they never follow up with any updates they promise. They do not want to send me my money and have made me jump through hoops all for nothing.

    This company owes me a replacement settlement check. I have been attempting to get this check since November of 2022. Initially it took a few emails to get them to respond and assist me with replacing the check. The check was sent a a former address and bu the time I received it, it had expired. They advised me to fill out a Re-Issue Request Form, and email it back to them. I filled out said form and emailed it back. I waited a few weeks, but got no response from them. I emailed them again asking about the status of the re-issue, and they responded with a message stating they never received the form. I resubmitted another form in March of this year. Again, I waited a few weeks, and again got no response from them. I proceeded to message them asking what the status of the replacement check was. I received a message saying it could take up to 8 weeks to have another check sent. Well, it has been close to 5 months (about 20 weeks) since the email, and I have not received said replacement. I have attempted to contact them multiple times since June, and all my messages have been unanswered. What I would like is the check sent out to **** am providing pictures of the multiple emails I have sent to them with no response, and also emails of their response, and the copy of the Re-Issue Form.

    That law firm handled a class action suit for Department of corrections and I have not received the last half of the settlement amount. It has been over a month for them to mail a check to me. And I still have not received it. dont EVER USE THEM!!! I am will seek justice in the form of a lawsuit against them for not sending me my money. The money was from the *** not paying overtime to guards. So I feel its mine and they shouldnt keep giving me a run around.

    Was supposed to receive settlement check in December 2022. Have been trying to email them, and have left several voicemails, but no one is getting back to me. Im seeing that this is a common issue that others have had with them as well. I just want the money Im entitled to, since they are the ones to reach out to me to begin with.
