      In January I called to have air ducts cleaned, the representative told me he would waive February's payment since they do not clean air ducts. Today I was charged for February's payment and called to cancel the policy. After holding for over 15 minutes, alongside a representative from my ************ who was assisting, we were told we had to send a letter to **********. We had to then ask for the address as the representative *******/******* was very vague. She was unable to provide an email or fax for this letter and stated the only way to cancel was via mail. We then asked to speak with a supervisor and she was unable to connect us and said they will call back. I am mailing a letter, but would like to confirm this is canceled as the service over the phone kept avoiding helping us and it was a struggle to get any information on how to cancel besides "it is a hard process". Since we could not email, fax, or speak to anyone else and felt there were many roadblocks we are filing this complaint in hopes this will resolve the cancelation of this policy.

      Palisade Protection Group sent flyer with a vehicle we have not owned in over 3 years. I wanted to know how they get their information. They just repeated that the mail house made an error and wanted our new vehicle info. The mail house must be getting their addresses and links to "old vehicle records" from somewhere and they wouldn't share how. Nor world they correct the problem, by taking me off the mailing list, without giving them the make and model of a current vehicle I am driving. They also hung up on me when they discovered I wasn't going to purchase an extended warranty package.January 30, 2023 @ 11:00 pm flyer (uploaded) came the same day.I want to be removed from junk mail mailing lists and knowledge of how my info is being spread, sold, and acquired. ****************

      Activation Specialists are not trained on how prospect information is obtained, and thus would not be able to provide this information. Per the customer's request, we have been sure to remove this individual from our system to assure they receive no further correspondence.

      They will not cancel my vehicle warranty despite repeated requests.

      Date of transaction was April 4, 2022 through May 4, 2022. I paid they amount of $4,337.91 to the Palisades Protection Group and they were suppose to reimburse me of the work that I had done on my pipe in my home. I had faxed in the receipt of the work which came out to be a little over $3.000 and the send me a check for 10% of what I paid out of pocket. The check was only for $300. I called on several occasions inquiring about the remainder of my funds that they were suppose to send and they kept giving me the run around giving me non-existing dates (meaning that they gave me dates and my monies never showed up in my mailbox or bank account.) Now I am reporting this problem that I have with Palisade Protection Group to the people from the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully you could help me get my full reimbursement of what I paid into this service and did not utilize. Sincerely, *****************************.

      This company continues to call and harass me and ask me for personal information even though I dont qualify for services. My number is on a do not call registry and they continue calling. My next step is to file suit against Palisade. I need for them to stop contacting me.

      In reference to Case ID #************* cannot be closed until full restitution has been made. An email address has been provided for the caregiver of *********************************. Please be advised that a copy of the policy has never been sent to the home address. If the company can send a notice of cancellation to the home address and a notice of non payment, where IS THE POLICY DOCUMENTS.????? Our next step is to have TV watchdog service fully investigate this issue. 7 on your side-WABC ** investigates this type of scam. If the company cannot produce a policy on request, then they are to refund all monies. The policy does not exist!

      Thank you for your response.  However, as has been mentioned multiple times in our correspondence,  we have not received any policy.  You have indicated that the policy was sent and were "sorry" that we did not receive it.  I must say that we receive mail from all across the country and yours is the only mail we do not receive?  It seems a little questionable.  Furthermore, we communicated that we did not receive it, and your response was that your outgoing mail records indicate that it was sent.  Since you maintain a record of your outgoing mail records, perhaps you could send us the evidence that supports the fact that is was sent?  As a business I would think you would want to be as transparent as possible.   In  addition, we did receive your notice of cancellation and a bill in the mail after requesting the policy.   If it in fact was sent in the mail and we communicated that we did not receive it, why wouldn't  you send a second copy...or email it?  Again, very questionable. 

      I am happy to send you the *** as soon as I receive the policy.

      $295 was taken out of my account for a car warranty when I dont even have a car!

      This is in reference to Complaint **********- a copy of the policy WAS NOT SENT TO THE HOME- mail is monitored. The only thing that was sent was a notice of "Right to cancel" revealing policy underwriter and cost of premium. Also there have been numerous phone calls to the home referencing a toll free number to call back. As stated before efforts to resolve the matter have been unsuccessful until we stopped the credit card. Please review this complaint again.

      I am writing on behalf of my mother in law, ******, who is 88 years old. She has no drivers license, and no car, and was pressured into buying a policy on 11-14-2022 for $225 for something that she absolutely cannot use. This is bordering on financial elder abuse. I expect this company to cancel the contract, return the money to ***************************** account, and never, ever contact her again.

      On November 14, 2022 Palisade Protection sold an extended warranty to me as an 88 year old woman who does not have a car or a drivers license. This is elder abuse and I want my $225.00 back.
