      In June 12, 2024 | cancelled 2 contracts within the 30 days allowed by your policy (contract # *********** & contract # ***********) 30 business days expired 26 July 2024, today's date is 11 October 2024 and as per today I did not received any refund of the $250 + $251 (total $501 deposits for both contracts) I called numerous times always waiting 3 to 4 weeks between 1 call and another, I talked to ****** a couple of times (who was very patient) and successively with *** (who provided a really poor customer service) - as a result it looks like the company does not want my money but they are far behind with payments. This is what I have been told for the last 3 months!!!! Of course nobody is able to tell even an approximate date .... This is extremely disappointing and time consuming, especially because they take payments out of your account right away but they do not honor their own refund policies.

      i have been due a refund every since 7/16/2024 i have called 8 time same answer 30to 60 days 30 to 60 days has passed no refund . the palisade protection group keeps telling me same think every time i call this starter on july 16 2024

      This company is beyond deceptive. They are repeatedly contacting my elderly mother telling her manufacturer's auto warranty, which is in full effect, has expired due to non-payment, and that she must sign up for a new warranty. They even sent her a letter to sign that is addressed to the dealer where it appears she would voluntarily be canceling her warranty. The return address on the envelope is the dealer's address, so there is no way it can be returned. They are scamming the elderly, which is a crime. They harass her by calling non-stop from different phone numbers, and now by mail.I am filing a police report. She has informed her bank that they are not authorized to debit her account for any amount.

      The customer has to be confusing us with another company as we DO NOT mail any letters with dealer information nor do we call customers directly. Complaint is not in our database, but if you provide us with your mothers name and address we can make sure that she is blocked from any mail from us.

      They first contacted me and I advised them I could not afford the insurance. They repeatedly called and finally convinced me to get a policy with them as soon as they received my payment, they will not answer any kind any form of whatsoever I call no one calls back. I email no one else emails back. Ive been told this is a scam.

      5/22/2024 I was charged for the warranty, canceled on 5/25/2024. I have called monthly, for the refund of $260. and was told that I would have to wait in line for any refund and they would not give me a date for the refund. Very rude and that it was a technical problem dating back to 11/23 and there was nothing they could do to at this time.

      The company ********* car warranty and the plan i got from them took my payment two time in a month i haven't gotten any card and the mail or a customer number at all when i try to call the number that process the payment for them the office is close but i'm calling within the time and they gave me the number for this company and it the same voice mail and same time so this is a scam in got my card info in i don't have car warranty but i want my money back i have the ************** **************

      They sent me an advertisement for their car insurance policies disguised as a collection notice that it requires an urgent response and it was a "final attempt" to contact me. I have no affiliation with this business at all and would not like to be contacted by them again for any reason.

      I'm here because Palisade Protection Group has repeatedly lied to me about the date I'd receive the refund I requested. I was told I'd receive the refund within 6 - 8 weeks after they received the request. Bizarrely I've waited over 105 days and counting. The company no longer even has the decency to answer my phone calls, but before they started ignoring me, each week I called them they promised I'd receive the refund that Friday or the following Monday "That it would arrive any second now" It's been a harsh ****** to learn, especially since I purchased this warranty for my first car. I hadn't yet learned the extent to which manipulative businesses would lie in-order to keep money that doesn't belong to them. I'm pretty sure this naivety is what they rely on to exploit their unfortunate customers. I'm leaving this review, so that maybe someone like me reads it and decides against giving the money they worked so hard for to a manipulative business who will simply hold it hostage. Good luck!

      I worked for this company for 3 weeks in that time I was told to lie to customers. They send out fake notifications telling people there warranty has expired most cases untrue. They **** them in with really high down payments and offering Trash policeys. Stay clear *************************** the owner keeps your money and will belittle you for trying to get what your owed. Also on the home warranty issue they tell poor senior citizens that I'd they don't get a home warranty the bank will pull there loan they go after the elderly and people on ssi
