  I purchased this coverage approximately 3 yrs. ago and paid in full. I tried to use it ONCE a couple months back on a 2014 *** 550i. The adjuster Ox sent said they had to cancel ********* because i put 1 inch (spec qualified) tires on my car. I still had 3yrs./80k left on my coverage. Long story short... I sold the car and canceled the warranty. They stated that I will not be getting a refund back because i didn't cancel in 30 days! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COVERAGE OR COMPANY! *** STAY AWAY ***

  The company is totally dishonest, I was a customer of ********************** for approximately a year and a half, and when I needed them for a small car repair totaling ******, they gave me the run a round like no other. And the mechanic that I was working with also stated that he has never received any compensation for any work by any car care company. Every time we would go through the process on filing a claim, the processor would give us a number to call, and when they said that they would get back with you ,they never do.

  Ox car care does not deserve any stars. We heard the add on the radio and thought it was a reputable company, but we were wrong! We had the policy on my husbands commercial vehicle. They gave us the run around and did not honor our claim. We have ************** on our other vehicles and we have never had any problems. Ox Car Care is Scam!!!

  Pretty simple and straightforward. Got my coverage, been using the maitnence program. Had a small claim and they paid out. Took a little while, but they did get paid which is all i care about

  Look at these reviews, I would never purchase c*** like this, but saw a ad, and thought to see what it is. Its like a state farm insurance policy, nothing but a complete scam. Do your research people

  I dont recommend. They arent easy to reach on the phone. I NOW HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY DOWNPAYMENT BACK AND PREVENT THEIR ****** FROM CHARGING ME FOR A CONTRACT THEY CANCELLED ON THEIR END - BUT ACCORDING TO THE BILLING COMPANY THEY HAVE NOT!!! . The sales rep stressed that if I wanted within 30 days i could cancel and receive a refund for any reason. Well, its never that simple is it? First of all when we began the conversation what appealed to me was that it included many benefits such as oil changes, and if i got a flat, they would even replace one of the flat tires, I was under the impression the oil changes werent. Limited, as well as the claims for service, or roadside etc. Then when everything was said and done the cost was in issue. Yes. Their down payment was lower than their competitors, but stillthe premiums were high. The salesman offered me a senior discount, then a friends and family discount then an employee discount - he also informed me that if I didnt accept his offer currently, it would possibly cost me almost $400 more at a later time as they were waiving that fee too. When all was said and done - i was at $144 and change when i started at $200, i called to cancel. On the 10th of this month, sent me per my request email confirmation. Then I called Mepco, to ensure no mistakes would occur and they wouldnt hit me with that 1st installment. They still have me active, ready to start billing me on the 22nd. Sent me back to Ox and I was then told Id have to wait up to 35 days for the cancellation to be completed and if any money was paid they would refund it, i would have to just wait. I was never told it would take that long but now i have to worry about that and have not received my downpayment refund. I want my downpayment refund, and the installment plan cancelled like my contract.

  I had coverage with ox car care for one full year and could not find any repair shop who would take their warranty telling me that they can not get paid in a timely manner. When I finally need their warranty I contacted 9 different repair shops including 3 **** dealerships no one would fix my truck with ox. So I had to pay out of pocket $2449. I tried to cancel and never heard back from them, I wanted a refund of the repairs. They did cancel my account after 2 months and they took the 2 months payments out of my debit card,but no refund.

  Hello Ms. ******************** is sorry to see you go, moreover, we apologize for the frustration that this issued caused. However, when you called on 8/12/2023 and spoke to an Ox representative, they mentioned that they emailed you a list of Repair Shops that were nearby who accepted our warranty policy. According to our representative file notes, she stated that you understood and were happy with the service. Then we received your letter of cancellation on 8/30/2023, Ox is curious to know if the list that was emailed to you was the 9 different repair shops mentioned in your review.

  They are a rip off. I wish I had did a little more investigating before I decided to go with them. I took my car to ********* to have the oil change because, they offer that with the warranty, ********* called them for payment, they told them to send the invoice and someone would call them back, with payment. It already took exactly 22 minutes for someone to come on the phone.I ended up paying for my oil changes. They also to ********* that they wouldn't be paying the whole amount of the oil change . Thats not what the representative or the commercials on the ********** you. Stay away from this company. I'm going to try tomorrow and see if they plan to reimburse me, or if I can drop this warranty

  Ox car care is a scam please people dont let them take your money you cannot get them back when you call back they will take your $49.00 dollars and you cannot take any car service dealerships they work with them they are fraud

  Experience has been good so far. No complaints as of yet. Staff was friendly and I bought the coverage I needed.
