  Please, please do not do business with this company. They are nothing but a big fraud within a week of getting the policy, I decided that I wanted to opt out you supposedly have 30 days and you will lose your activation fee which I understood. I called them to find out how to cancel my policy. I talked to six people was told I had to I couldnt do it over the phone. I had to send an email to cancellations at **********. I did that. It immediately came back as that was not a valid email address I called them back again had to go through six people was given another email address which also came back as not a valid email address. I then had to call them a third time went through six people was told to send to yet another email address which finally went **** did that told them do not take out my first payment on the 10th of the month this was on 8 July on the 10th of the month they withdrew $100. I messaged them and tried to get my money back. They told me it would be anywhere from 2 to 15 days which shouldve been before 31 August I still have received nothing and every time I contact them I get the same message. It will be returned within 2 to 15 days. Im not sure what year because I still have not received anything and it is now 2 August, so Ive had to turn this over to my bank to dispute these charges. These people are crooks. They tell you one thing while youre on the phone and then they do something different when theyve got your money and then you have to jump through millions ofhoops to get your money back on a 72 year-old old lady that was trying to protect herself and now they have $100 of my money that God only knows when I will get back. Please do not do business with these people. They are crooks and frauds.!!!!

  Do not use Ox car care they are a RIP off company they hold up on approving your repairs, it took them 1 year to reimburse me for an oil change, my car broke down and they sent a two truck to tow my car, only for me to be told that they had a more important tow that they had to do and left me stranded and it took them 3 hrs to get someone else to come out to tow my car, my car is at the mechanic shop right now, for my a/c to be repaired, and I was told that it could take 14 business days for them to approve the repair and I don't qualify approve a rental car, because it's only going to take them 4 hrs to complete the repair, they won't approve me to get reimbursed for a rental car, and they only pay $30 a day and for only 8 days, but they can keep me car up to 14 days. That's so unfair because that my only means of transportation to work, so now I have to pay for me to get a ride to work, the mechanic shop just informed me that he was told that the process was being delayed on purpose. And new department that my claim was forwarded to will try to escalate, the process but there's no guarantee that it will be escalated today, the repair shop and Ox are both closed on the weekends, I'm so upset.

  We were supposed to have 30 days to look over the service contract but 7 days later they took the money out I am still arguing with them to get the money back They lied about the coverage once we got The paperwork things they said were covered werent stay away from this company

  I cancelled my service after 2 days. It has taken me two cancellation letters and a email to possibly be cancelled. I am still waiting. It's easy to sign up but he'll to cancel and they keep your deposit.

  I don't know where to begin. The sales department offers a service that does not exist. They sell the idea that if something happens to your car that Ox Car Care is there to get you back on the road. The tow service they have contracted with one damaged my car while the other one never showed up, canceled the trip then reported that I canceled the trip so that they can still get payment. No way possible!The first time my car was in the shop we didn't understand the claim process and the claim ended up getting denied because we missed a step and the approval. The agent literally said you're screwed and denying your claim for not following the directions. The second time I needed to rely on the service it was a bigger mechanical breakdown, it was the transmission. It has been beyond 21 days dealing with this issue. The car rental is only covered for 6 days. The adjuster has had my file on his desk for about 14 days for him or her to approve it. Whenever I call for a follow up I'm told that my claim is in final review and to call 3 days later. This has happened three times now which means now it's 9 days later. And it's always approaching the weekend and they're closed on the weekend. There's a lack of communication, hiding behind emails and no supervision at all. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they don't take phone calls just emails only from the agents so you don't even have the opportunity to tell your own story. You have to trust that the agent told your story the proper way. I have paid over $2,000 into this warranty because I value the protection. The problem is there's no protection. If they can get out of it they try. And for those who said they've gotten something good service was either paid for their review or they actually got an adjuster that cared. I once worked at a company that had their employees right in their own reviews; I wouldn't be surprised if 90% of those positive reviews were self written. Be aware.
