      I think representative at ****** care was very helpful. They were patient and very respectful. I like the way they took care of business with me.

      I called Ox on 21 May and initially signed up. Upon further review of their policies I immediately cancelled with them and told them to refund my deposit. They stated they were processing the cancellation at that time. Since then I have received daily calls from multiple phone numbers (which I have blocked) and they all claim it is their computer dialing and they see that the cancellation is in progress. I have spoken to the cancellation **** and written formal letters and have now received over 40 calls and texts from them. It should not take over 25 days of harassment for them to cancel the policy.
