Autopilot provides a copy trading service. This service integrates with other brokerage products. The integration/communication of Autopilot to Webull fails. Copy trades do not go through when the product sends a signal. I pay to follow an pilot that manages my brokerage account on my behalf. The pilot advises my brokerage of this trades being made on the stock market and they will reflect in my account. Well consistently this product fails and the trades do not happen. Now I am finding that the trades that are being made are not the trades the Pilot did. My account is in disarray and they have done nothing to remedy this. A gentleman in customer service named REMOVEDwith them told me my integration to Webull was known internally to fail. Informed me to make a Public brokerage account because it works better. Why does this company have a product available to the public, when internally they know it does not work seamlessly and fails. This is fraud. I am paying Autopilot for a service that they are incapable of providing.

Hi, I purchased a 12 month service with the company for $199.95. In August the app required updates which I did. After the update and it could not longer access my account. I reached out multiple times since August trying to get a response or resolution. I told them my phone number change since I acquired the subscription. No response. I have provided a photo of when I made the original purchase. A photo stating I loss access to my access and a photo of time I have reached out to the company and received no response, that does not include the last time- which was just last week.
