I am requesting that ****************************** site delete all the information that they have on me. My personal information was found on the dark web due to several recent data breaches. ************************** requires personal ID be provided as proof of my identity which I do not feel comfortable providing given the current situation. I was directed my internet security that information was being sold by ************************** so I went and attempted to opt out of sharing my personal information, but this business requires the supplying a photocopy of my license/ID. This is a ridiculous requirement and not required by other data brokers/businesses. You already are ripping off my data and making money off me without my concert and want me to give even more information. This is just an attempt to gather additional information to then be sold by this business. If they obtain and sale my information without my permission now they want to get more information from me to sale. This in an unacceptable outcome. They states to other their information will be removed without an ID, those expressing my same concerns. This is documented by the BBB on your website.
I want you to stop profiting off of my information and I will not share more personal information, for you to sale or you system to be broken into.

My personal data is on this site and they require me to upload a government ID to request removal. This means they have access to even more information and discourages people from protecting the existing information. Id like to have my information removed immediately without having to upload a government ID. I found my data on ************************** after being alerted by ******. I went to verify and sure enough. I wish to remove it but I DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE an additional ID to people who are selling my data with out my permission. Also, I am sure Oregon has some new protections against that, but i am not sure and not going to make that claim. The collection of this data and selling it really ought to be illegal. I was notified by my Norton 360 privacy monitoring, that this website Background Alert has my personal information for sale on their website. I've never heard of this entity, so of course I did not provide my information nor consent to it being sold to anyone. I attempted to submit a request to remove the information and unbelievably they're requesting photo ID. I do not feel comfortable with this request at all. To provide photo ID to a company that is already in violation with my personal information. No, I don't trust them at this point and I would like my information wiped clean from their site. The site background alert wont even let me attempt a removal of my information without giving them proof of photo ID either by either uploading, faxing, or mailing a copy to them to prove I am me. Why on earth would I send them that. Thats gives them my drivers license number, my image, home address. No way. So what they could commit fraud in my name or worst steal My identity.
