    This Auto Repair Shop lied about my vehicle. I called for an appt. and when I towed my car there, they put something in my gas tank and /or radiator to cause it to sludge. The vehicle wasn't starting, I told the Repair Shop that it had an electrical wiring issue. ( Ignition box blocker). There was never any oil spurting from the oil dipstick or any other fluids coming from the vehicle. I had tried to start the vehicle several times before bringing it in for Repair. It just made a sound, engine was trying to start. I found some wiring that someone put under my dash. After taking my vehicle to Quality Auto Repair in Hemet, I got a call almost immediately after dropping the car off. They were eating lunch at 12:50pm and I received a call at 1:03pm. The Receptionist, *******, make a huge production out of her evaluation for the vehicle. She Lied and told me that the engine was Cracked, the Head Gaskets were leaking and there was Radiator fluid in my Oil. I told her that was impossible, there was nothing wrong with the car except for the ignition box blocker. I had the head Gaskets replaced recently and there were no fluids coming from the engine or radiator. I looked under the hood before I towed the vehicle (for the 3rd time) and saw new sludge coming from the dipstick. The area was previously dry. Upon placing the car on the tow truck again, ( I had towed it to Quality Auto from Quinns Auto Shop- who referred me to them) there was clear fluid coming from the car that spilled out on the tow truck. No clear fluid or oil sludge the night before or that morning. I had parked my car at Quinns the night before and had to disconnect the battery so no one could get through the window and open the car door lock. No water or oil coming from the engine or radiator, no fluids leaking into the tow truck when it was towed that morning or the night before. Towed it from my house to Quinns, then from Quinns to Quality Auto. No fluids or oil coming out! Paid $80 X 4 -$240 on Tows!

    April 7, 2022 I went to this shop to have my oil changed. It was not changed it was still dirty old oil, the charge was $125.06 for Mobile 1 synthetic oil. first of all I called them on Friday April 8,2022 about their employee who was to do the work, about him being in my center console. I found when I got home later that evening after they were closed that my handicapped registration was removed for the envelope and was about 1/3 wet. I checked the console to see if there was moisture in it. there was Not . I laid it out to dry but it would not dry because it was oil not water. I contacted them on Friday April 8, 2022 and they claimed they didn't do it . I was by office and the truck was at the other end of the property on a rack. I couldn't see and didn't brother going to check on what was going on. I got no where with Lee. they were in complete denial . now I have as of to day 4/16/2022 new oil that I replaced the old dirty oil with, I have 2 witness as to the fact it is old dirty oil. and has had pictures taken of the oil and me pouring the old oil in oil containers. they are closed on Sat. I called anyway. but no answer. I don't know if the oil filter was changed. I used a electric pump to extract the oil from the dip stick that I bought just for that purpose . I've very upset about this. I've been going to this garage for at least a year and I trusted them to be honest. Now I don't and will never go back and I'm telling many people about what has happed. I'd like to get a refund because I didn't get what I paid for. and the law requires that. This is really to bad. I don't know if they know about this or not but it is still their liability . I have the oil and am saving it. till this matter is cleared up. I hope I don't have to take legal action . but if a push comes to a shove I will. and of course then it will not be for just the oil change. it will also be for all expenses incurred. in small claims. .
