      We have a Starlink Business subscription, $500 a month, and $2,500.00 hardware. Equipment failed, and service has been down for almost 1 week and support will not respond to ticket for assistance.
      -No phone number
      -No email address
      -No support from online-account ticketing system


      Radio silence and loosing money by the day...But they always bill us on-time.

      Beware of Starlink. Reliable at times, but if support does not exist, the product should not either.

      I purchased STARLINK kit from **** ***. My sister across the street has STARLINK residential service as well as my mom at her house less than half a mile down from **. We set everything ** and does not allow residential service. Says not available in our area and have to select the higher cost plans for service for less speed and 60% increase in cost. And there is no customer service unless you purchase a plan. Will have to take everything apart and return to Best Buy. A whole day wasted.

      I lost service with a disconnection error. I have been trying to reach service and cannot get a responsive reply. Just automated response. They would not let me pause the service. They billed me another 150 and will not respond to messages. Not a good day.

      I've requested assistance for support several times over the last two weeks. Consistent internet drops, 20+ minutes with no service. Starlink doesn't respond to support inquiries, and doesn't communicate with customers. I would highly recommend avoiding this company for internet service. At $210 per month you'd think they would care. If no stars was an option that would have been my choice.

      Holy cow this is hands down the worst company to work with that I have ever experienced anywhere in the WORLD. We constantly have service interruptions, account hiccups, and other issues that could be quickly resolved by a normal customer service agent, but Starlink’s refusal to employ normal and acceptable customer service employees results in weeks without service while you wait 24-36 hours PER RESPONSE from their incompetent, aggressive, and unhelpful text-message-only “customer support” (that is if you can figure out how to even contact them). The latencies when it works are also worse than broadband or even the slowest dsl. Don’t be fooled. Don’t waste your energy or time dealing with these abusive people.

      System stopped working after 3 months and cannot get anyone in support from starlink to even respond to a support issue. Starlink support is non existent so if their equipment or service stops working you have no other option but to cancel the service since they offer NO SUPPORT. When I say no support I mean none as in they will not even return your support request. They offer no phone number for support, no email for support. You have to use their app or website and once you log in your support request no one simply ever responds. So you are left with the only option to cancel the service and of course they do not refund anything. Hopefully an attorney starts a class action lawsuit since this is basically fraud. Now I am stuck with a ****** Dish with no service.

      We lost internet on 1/31/23 due to the abysmal quality of their proprietary cable adapters not being able to handle temperature changes during the winter months. It took 17 days to get a response which resulted them in sending us a new cable and a new modem/router, this took another 9 days to be delivered with "expedited delivery". On 2/25/23 (the day we got the new router) I reached out again to inform them that the new hardware is not working and is showing that the hardware is not registered to this account; the only way for a customer to link the hardware to the account is to reach out to their tech support and have them do it. Todays date is 3/7/23, over a month with no internet and only a single interaction with customer support (after 2 1/2 weeks) which didn't fix the issue anyway. Meanwhile, we have received a bill for service we haven't been able to use due to the utter lack of communication.

      Despite setting up an account, paying and being charged $100 for Starlink internet satellite service and receiving confirmation of my order over nine months ago, I have never heard from the company since. There is no link or contact info whatsoever from either SpaceX or Starlink. After researching this issue online, I find that many, many other customers have suffered the same experience. "Insider" and other news entities also report that customer service is non-existent and that long lists of customers just like me are left in the dark. Many other customers reported that they canceled their order yet have never received a refund or heard from either company. Elon...with all the resources in your company, you can't set-up and keep a customer service center for us? Wow.

      It's seeming more and more like a scam. They started by offering service where nobody else did with unlimited data after buying a satellite that is quite expensive. Then they limited the service and slowed speeds. Shortly after, they began to charge 10% more each month. Once, again they **** the price up. Next will they limit the service more? And how much will the next price increase be? Next year will the price go up 3x or 4xs throughout the year? As soon as there is another option in the area, I will be selling my satellite at a large loss. It is a shame because starlink could have been a wonderful company but like many other companies greed has ruined a once good company.

      There are two reasons for my one star. A fixed address and mount, the download and upload speeds dropped to 50% of the initial start. 100Mbps down and 3 Mbps up. Now 50/1.5
      Next is support. I’m going on 9 days of no reply to my support ticket. I have asked for a refund in a second ticket and it was auto-closed.

      Do not. I repeat, do not buy into Starlink. Maybe when they hire someone in support. Now-No!
