    I was a subscriber to an annual computer service from GoToMyPC (part of LogMeIn). On 3/20/2026, I received notice that they had renewed my service as of 3/19/2026. I had no advanced notice. They had billed me REMOVED and I could see it hitting my credit card through Chase.

    I called them immediately (8:30 AM on 3/20) to notify them that I no longer wanted their service, and to request a refund. The customer service representative said he would stop the service from renewing next year, but they would not issue a refund. I have not used their service for 3 years, let alone in the 1 day they say it became effective.

    I insisted on speaking with a supervisor. He said the supervisor would call me back. That call was never received.

    Thus, I was notified 1 day AFTER the service became effective, and billed REMOVED immediately. I did not use the service in that one day. I requested a refund, and they refused.
