"Absolutely a garbage company that has placed itself in between renters and landlords and landlords and their vendors, it charges in both directions get you coming and going has terrible customer service, chat bots online must be in a third world country when does it take minutes to even see my replies? obviously, they are doing this the cheapest way they can." ... "You must be working with the folks over at Flex and receive some kickback-using Rent Cafe to pay rent should be an easy process unless you advise me that the payment I want to make is an Invalid Amount- You do not get to determine or tell me in any capacity what amount is valid or not to pay. "This Business is charging me a fee to pay my rent a $40 when it should be three dollars they live. I pay with a credit card which justifies their increase payment when I am paying with a debit card that I have been paying with and being charged three dollars each month until like five months ago when they increased the fee, the business is called RentCafe." ...
