On July 10, 2026, I placed an order with Memory4Less for RAM at the listed purchase price of $1500 from their up to 55% off sale. The item was in stock at the time I completed my purchase and I received an order confirmation. The following week, the price went up and Memory4Less contacted me to say they would not honor my confirmed purchase price claiming there was increase was due to memory volatility and market pricing.Notably, Memory4Less then offered to sell me the ram at the higher price with a $100 discount. I contacted memory4less by phone and confirmed I would still like the purchased price honored. This offer demonstrates the item or equivalent item was available. I was then emailed that my order would be canceled on July 21st that the ram is no longer is stock. It appears the business simply wanted to charge more than the price I had already agreed to and paid, which amounts to a bait-and-switch.I completed a valid purchase at an advertised, price and expected the business to honor it. Refusing to fulfill a confirmed order at the agreed price, then re-offering the same product at a higher cost, and then cancelling the order that it is not in stock is not acceptable.Initial Complaint

I made an order for 3 items that cost $5,135 total. It included overnight shipping and an expected shipping time. The order began with assurances the product was in stock... then became 'next week'... and then became a no-communication situation. I've called and emailed every day. Early on, I got one response that told me to wait. Now I see other complaints online with the same experience. Enough is enough.Initial Complaint

On Oct 21, 2024 I made a purchase of memory on REMOVEDfor $162.39. I was informed that the memory I requested was out of stock and that they were offering me a comparable brand of the exact same size and at the exact same price, so I took it.When I received the memory, it did not work. Within a week, I initiated a return and hopefully get fresh memory that worked or, failing that, a refund.I went back and forth with someone I only know as REMOVEDuntil January 24th, at which point all communication ceased on their end. I kept hounding them until I just gave up and initiated a chargeback with my bank, but was told I had waited too long to start it after 3 months of waiting to hear from them.Initial Complaint

I placed order number M509UH51 for a REMOVEDhard drive part number 2EL112-500 on 9/5/2024. I finally received the order on 9/16/2024, and I was sent a used/refurbished hard drive. It does not say anywhere on the product web page that the item is used or refurbished, the items are represented as being NEW. The price was $228, which is also the market price for a NEW drive of this model. A used/refurbished drive would be half that price at best. Memory4less has scammed me. I have called their support which directs me to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and no one ever calls me back. I sent emails and get no response. I tried their online chat and the agent never replies. Memory4Less is a SCAM and I demand a full refund.Initial Complaint

Since the beginning we've experienced so many delays in getting the product, replies from the company and miscommunication. After asking a refund, we were told that we are approved, then we were told there would be 25% restocking fee, we denied this, we were told to wait for managers call back (REMOVED) with the final decision, then they canceled our REMOVEDbecause we didnt send the product. We didnt send the product because those were the directions we were given on the phone by employee named REMOVED. Every step and decision required NUMEROUS follow REMOVEDConsidering the busy travels, we would follow up a week or so later so this whole situation turned into MONTHS. Now the company is not agreeing to a full refund even though the product is in a perfect condition, IS NOT OPEN, in the same exact box and condition the company sent to us.
