I just received an *********************** to my home that I DID NOT order. The Harpers Bazzar customer service representative said ********************** can only cancel it because they are the ones who signed me up. I explained I did NOT authorize nor sign up for this subscription nor and magazine similar to this. I dont even like stuff like this. She said that Subco used my name and and address to sign me up for this Harpers Bazzar. BBB what Subco is doing cannot legal if it is it should totally be illegal because this is absolutely theft/fraud. I never requested or authorized subscriptions to this or any magazine like it. Again, when asked ************** to cancel it the ** customer service representative said the company Subco were generated by Subco and I need to contact them at **************. So, like others with this issue with Subco Im asking BBB to step in and end this subscription and and future ability to sign people up without their knowledge or permission. I want that and all subscription made in my name completely canceled as well as my name and information removed from any mailing lists and databases. Subco doing this without individuals permission is complete fraud.Business Response

I have been receiving Vanity Fair magazines (3 so far) that I DID NOT order. I called the number for Vanity Fair to cancel the magazines and after entering the subscription number was told to contact another number...a number belonging to Subco. They were referred to as a "third party subscriber".I called them and was on hold after an automated message for 45 minutes and no one ever answered.I hung up and called back and entered the option to text which I did. No response all day.I did not order this magazine and find this company highly suspicious. Stop sending these magazines!Business Response

I received 2 magazines from Vanity Fair that had my name and address on the subscription label. I did not order or subscribe to Vanity Fair magazines so I called their customer service number on 10/18/23. I was advised that an agency under the name of SUBCO submitted this subscription until July ****. I was advised their address was ************************************************************* and was given their phone number of **************. I did not call the number for fear this is a scam. I was told they could not cancel this subscription but could stop all magazines from Nov 2023 forward. Please resolve with SUBCO, I did NOT authorize anyone to order any magazine subscriptions in my name. I am unclear on how they even obtained my information. Thank you!Business Response
