    I purchased a Vava baby monitor/camera set from Amazon, December 2020. This product was offered an 18 month + 12 month extended warranty (30 months altogether) at 27 months we noticed that the two way talk feature was not working. I contacted Vava and they told me that I was out of warranty and that they couldnt help me, to contact Amazon to get a refund. I contacted Amazon and they told me they couldnt help me. Here is the email from Vava outright lying to me:Thanks for your reply.By looking at the screenshot of your invoice, I'm sorry that your order has passed the warranty period on the official website.As we are no longer selling on Amazon, for warranty claims, the best thing is to call Amazon at their support number: ************** and describe the situation. You can tell them that you have contacted the manufacturer and that we have confirmed the unit is defective, but we aren't able to process the refund due to the store closure and system issues. In the past, there haven't been any issues with customers getting refunds this way, as Amazon can still debit our account for the applicable refund costs.Please note that Amazon, as the selling platform, is responsible for the statutory warranty. Though they may not be able to provide a replacement, they are still under obligation for a refund. Your understanding would be highly appreciated.I wish I read the BBB ratings before supporting such a horrible company.

    They sold me a defective projector, in the range of 4500$. Within a month it was defective. They acknowledged it was defective. It has been 4 months and they dont honour their warranty to replace it. They continue to advertise sales of the item, telling me they still have units, yet they dont honour clients that had already paid them.

    Vava baby monitor is malfunctioning. I received as a gift and the item was originally bought on Amazon. Vava no longer sells on Amazon. My warranty end 8/18/23 and Vava has instructed me to contact Amazon. Amazon tells to to contact vava. Vava support has stopped responding. They arent honoring their warranty.
