      Booked through Way.com for airport transportation w ************** in ********** ** to *****. Had an issue with pick-up at 10pm from *****, they NEVER CAME and we had to pay to take an **** to the hotel for $55. No one has reached out to solve the issue, or refund our original payment. They said to contact the Radisson PARKING LOT and the PARKING LOT doesn't have a phone #, *************** won't answer their phones and when they FINALLY did answer they said we have to go through Way for any issues since we booked it through Way. WAY.COM DOESN'T CARE.

      Charged an additional $18.45 for extending my parking for another 15 minutes because the shuttle was late, and then full by the time it showed up. Took us 1 hour to get on the shuttle from *********** to ******* parking lot, and Way blamed it on the shuttle service and said I should have read the fine print and they would not give me a refund for that additional time. I would NOT have 'extended' the time my car would be in the parking lot if it weren't for the Way app stating the parking lot was under strict surveillance and my car could be towed. I called Way and spoke to a rep, and then his supervisor (Vishnu), and they would not refund the additional $18.45 that was charged on top of the original cost ($78.07) I had no problem paying. Poor customer service and they don't care about circumstances that THEIR service (shuttle from parking lot) was to provide. I will NEVER use this service again. Also, once I submitted a 'review' of their services, a pop-up message read: "Thanks for your valuable feedback. Your review is currently being looked at. We will publish your review if it matches our publishing guidelines." THAT's why we (as new customers) could not see the poor service others have experienced ... they are MONITORING what gets posted in the reviews and not posting poor reviews!

      Upon calling for pickup at 8:00 pm, we were informed that the van was en route, a ten-minute drive away. When the van did arrived by 8:15 pm, we contacted the service again.

      Booked through them twice for parking and had issues both times. Nothing to rectify the situation. One lot told me they have issues with way.com QRcide scanning. I spent 2 hours of my vacation time trying to figure out what to do so I could get out on Sunday when the garage was not attended. The manager was so kind to help figure out a solution. Way.com nothing. Avoid at all costs

      Before arriving, I called to let them know I was coming. Although the initial phone interaction was not ideal, the driver on the return trip was much friendlier and helpful. He made sure we found our shuttle and assisted with our luggage.

      For our family cruise trip, we had to bring two cars for our party of 3, including a one-year-old infant. We reserved parking for both cars and although the shuttle for our drop-off at the cruise port was a bit late due to limited mini-bus availability, we eventually made it.
