    We have been dealing with this business for a while now. Since we signed up it's been nothing but a waste of money. We have discussed this with the company numerous times, and they swear up and down this is a useful tool for finding all you need for any vehicle and if there's anything we can't find we can use the library. Been there done that absolutely no help whatsoever. There is nothing we have been able to find here that we don't already know ourselves and God forbid we need a diagram for a serpentine belt or timing diagram we have no choice but to ****** it. We are so tired of paying almost 200 a month for absolutely nothing. Even when we have posted questions trying to ask other mechanics about an issue the post will get shut down with no answers by ALLDATA themselves. So of course we have to take it to ******. I am just praying that if there's a contract its over in 1 year because one way or the other this mess will be canceled. It's a shame that so many companies try to lock people into contracts for useless services and then refuse to appease the customer when their services don't meet the expectations of the business or the consumer. Needless to say, we do not recommend this service to anyone. ****** is free y'all. Take advantage. You can find more on ****** than you could ever find on ALLDATA and you don't have to pay a dime and it's so much quicker than having to wait 30 minutes for the library to tell you they don't have an answer and then having to ****** it anyway. Might as well just ****** to begin with and save yourself the time and disappointment.

    Signed up for 1 year subscription, business ended in 6 months, called to cancel subscription, offered to pay cancel fee if any applied and guy on other end said I can cancel it by hitting button but his boss would ask why so he wasnt going to do it. I told them to not charge me anymore because service was no longer needed. They didnt listen. Right now for last six months they need to 0 out anything that they say I owe them so my credit doesnt tank because of stupid liberals.

    I purchased a month of ALLDATAdyi service to get electrical wiring schematics/diagrams for a 2011 Kia ******* The very few free wiring diagrams I found online did not have any showing the wires colors. The ALLDATAdyi website advertised colored electrical wiring schematics/diagrams. After purchasing the service I accessed the wiring diagrams but they do not show individual wire colors. There was no way to differentiate different circuits I was researching because the wire colors were not shown. The purchase did not assist me in any way. I was going to contact ALLDATA regarding their lack of advertised repair and diagnostics tools available but had been working on the car for several hours that day. It was after 1AM and was exhausted. I attempted to access the website to ask for assistance but I had just switched to my back up phone and none of my websites screen names or passwords were on backup phone. I tried contacting the website several days later asking for help accessing their website so I could get a refund. They responded the next day and gave me my signin name and temporary password so that I could access my account. I was looking for the link to get a refund but I couldnt find the information on their site. They told me that it was too late to get a refund and that it wasnt their fault that they didnt have the info advertised on their site. They told me that they relay the information that the different car manufacturers offer them and Im basically screwed if they dont offer wiring diagrams without identifying the different colors of the individual wires in the automotive circuits. I only used their site one time and after realizing they dont offer what they advertised that their subscription was useless to me.

    ALLDATA LIED AND WE SIGNED CONTRACT AS THEY HAVE EMPLOYESS THAT SAY THINGS TO SCAM CUSTOMERS INTO SIGNING CONTRACTS AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX THINGS, I WAS TOLD MANY TIMES THAT THERE ******* GIVES LABOR TIMES FOR BODY AND PAINT WORK AND THIS WAS ALL DONE WITH MY WIFE, OFFICE MANAGER AND EVEN ATTORNEY AS THEY HEARD IT AND ONLY TO FIND OUT IT DOES NOT.

    I was able to connect with ****** via phone call, on Monday 5/20/2024.  We aligned on adjusting his ALLDATA subscription products, based on his business needs.  I also offered to provide ****** with a one-time accommodation credit towards his ALLDATA subscription - he accepted and was satisfied.  Following the finalization of adjustments and credit towards his ALLDATA subscription, on Wednesday 5/22/24, I sent a summarized email to e-mail addresses ****************************** and ***************************.

    company continues to bill me after cancellation has been asked for and granted. Repeated calls to local rep/company rep gets me the guarantee that it has been cancelled. My credit card is still billed.

    Company offers a program that does not cover all parts of vehicle. Since they do not offer it they want you to call in to there library and they will look into the information. I pay for a product that works not to sit around since the information is not on the site. Do to this leads to a back up in vehicles. When you call in for customer service no one will answer. Finally when you get someone on the phone they want to offer training. I don't have time to waste on a program that does not work.

    *** Automotive used Alldata for over 20 years to provide automotive repair information, from their early days supplying the information on CD's, DVD's, and finally online.At the end of 2022, *** Automotive was closed, and Alldata notified by phone to close the account. For 8 months everything was good, then Alldata began sending monthly bills on the closed account continuing through the present date.As they are probably aware, the business phone was disconnected, mail is no longer forwarded, so I have been receiving billing notices by email. I have no intention of paying these bills on a closed account and have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Should I continue to receive billing on this closed account, I will present my grievance in a more public forum.

    I purchased a year subscription to this software under the PREMISE I had some time to VERIFY if its adequate, since the agent I was supposed to get a virtual tour with told me Porsche has ONLY 30% data shared on system it may not be helpful. I immediately asked for refund, and was dodged for weeks about a changing made up "return policy" and I had complied, requested contact and refunds within TIMEFRAME, and continuous ignored emails come back saying there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT Besides EMAIL ...THIS WAS WELL WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME AND THERES NO REASON WHY I SHOULDNT HAVE HAVE A SINGLE PERSON WILLING TO RESPOND IN ANY MORE PROFESSIONAL MANNER THAN TAKE MONEY AND RUN KNOWING ANY DELAY* IN* ATTEMPTED* RESOLUTION* IS SELF MANAFESTED BY ALLDATAS POOR INTEGRITY AND SPARSE INTERNAL STANDARDS.

    Was never told that I was signing up for a 12 month commitment. Once I found out I called salesman and said nothing he can do.
