    Both of my sons have accounts with Push-Health, and they have only used them twice over the past year and a half. But the past 2 times they've used Push-Health, they swipe the money from their bank accounts, then never call in the prescription. Only start asking for their drivers license, and a full body picture. Then never respond to questions about why the prescription was not called in. They both have had to go to the bank to have the charges reversed. It's very frustrating on multiple levels. **************** is terrible as well. I do not recommend this tele health service for anyone.

    This is a total scam. I paid $114 for nothing because its been three days. They have not done anything and they do not reply. I cancelled the request and I now have to contact the bank to get my money back. Total scam.

    This whole Mounjaro thing is a JOKE with Push Health! First off, the Dr. that prescribed it is a Dermatologist?!?!? Should have ran after that first RED FLAG! I paid $64.99 and in a matter of 5 min the script was sent to my pharmacy. They sent a lab order which was going to cost me over $150 they were able to take my labs from the week prior, so I didn't have to pay that fee thankfully. My insurance required a prior authorization which cost me another $55.29, (which was stated in a prior email it would be $47.00, but of course they have fees). Here we are 13 days later and it's still held up due to the P/A. I'm done dealing with them and would like a full refund for my money I wasted on their services! There is no where on their website to request a refund, so I'm doing what looks like everyone else has done and filing a BBB report. I'm not saying Push Health can't help with other circumstances, but don't use them for Mounjaro!

    I cannot say enough good about Maria Carson at PUSH! She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but The most compassionate doctor I've ever seen. She Makes your care her number one priority. I feel great knowing that nothing would ever slip by her. I have all of my confidence in her. It's just sad that there are not enough other docs like her! So she better out live me! Ha.. Really do love this woman, seen Her for about a year and a 1/2 now And I thank God for her!

    Amanda Bowers NP was very helpful, I had very bad flu, she responded very quickly for my SMS and helped me to get my medicine. She is amazing !!!
