    Order was 5 weeks late, every email was the same automated scam your item is special order and expected to ship in 1 week.Hopefully they refund, already contacted credit card company.

    what a ripoff. this company is still a fraud! thought i was getting a good deal for a customer and still waiting for a shipping time. Now i have to absorb the cost and buy from another company... argh

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a hood that was on back order. The date kept getting pushed. Now over a year later requested to cancel. Refund was suppose to be 5-7 business. Its been 13 business days and now they wont return my emails. Or my voicemails. I cannot believe they are still operating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

    This company is a fraud! I ordered an MSD Ignition box. I never received any confirmations or ETA. When I requested a refund, I was I formed that they have no control over accounting. Then they recommended I dispute it with my bank. They are guilty of ************** but as long as banks just write off the disputes, there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

    They are a scam. I have been fighting to get my money from them for a product I bought and waited a year fornow fast forward to the last 6 months Ive been fighting for a refund for a product I never received. I will NEVER buy from them. I also dont know how to get my money backz

    This company is sorry as they come, I ordered a hardtop for my wife's jeep and want answer phone and email says backorder should ship in a week. It was on Jan 10th for ****. I would like to get my hands on someone there. People work hard for there money and should get products if they order. If anyone knows how to get something done about this please let me know!

    I ordered a set of skunk2 coilover sleeves on Jan 26 2023. I got a order confirmation email, a week went by, I contacted them and they said my order was on special order which is hilarious because they told me that a number of times and the same sleeves are available from skunk2 and a number of other distributors. I had to ask to cancel the order twice. A week after they canceled my order I asked how long for the refund and they said their accounting team is working on getting my refund taken care of. I waited a while longer and asked for the contact information for their accounting team and I got the same email saying they were working on it. It is now February 21 2023, and I'm working on disputing the charge with my bank to get my refund. Definitely a scam. And they've definitely been paying for their good reviews. I'm amazed the company has been "doing business" as long as it has. There has to have been a number of lawsuits by now.

    Feb 7th 2022 I ordered a $180 steering wheel, friends said theirs took months to come in (from other sellers), so I kept asking when it would ship and I got the automated message 1-2 weeks. finally in august i asked for a refund and still havent gotten it. too late to dispute it anywhere. very ******.

    Similar to others, they took my money and never delivered. My email inquiries were responded to with a "it will ship in 1-2 weeks. After 3 months I cancelled the order and ask for a refund. Email response was that it would take 5-7 days to process the refund. It's been weeks and they no longer respond. They are not a legitimate business so beware. I hope the attorney general can go after this group since they still to be taking people's money.
