    Finally cancelled an order that they couldn't provide an ETA on. No delivery and now I cannot get my money back from them. I was told 2/15/23 it would be 5 business days for my refund and here we are...... All they keep saying is call my bank and that ************* is working on it. My bank sees no refund/deposit from them. Any class action lawsuit I formation yet?

    For all the people complaining about not getting a refund, call your credit card provider and make a claim. You will need to provide some info but you will get your money back. I had the same happen to me for a seat I purchased for $595. ******** kept replying stating "they didn't have access to the funds". I sent all of my correspondence emails to my credit card provider and received my dispute refund within 10 days.

    Total SCAMMM. Literally ripping off everybody. My boyfriend also bought a piece for 800, literally soo unprofessional customer service is horrible!!! Do not fall for this horrible scam

    This place is a scam,I canceled a order as they were taking to long to ship it and they said it was being refunded but 2 months later still no refund and I send messages to them and they seems to always say this is sales department and I need to contact accounting so I send them another message to see what is the email or number to accounting and I never get a reply,these people need to be stopped and investigated,,,DO NOT BUY HERE,SCAMMERS

    I ordered a part that I never got. I called 5 times and left voicemails with no response. All email responses are automated and always the same response (over 15 emails). Now I cant get my money back because they must be a scam!

    I ordered tires from Danaport back in October. By January I finally cancelled my order. Asked for a refund and havent heard anything from them. If anyone knows of a current or coming class action lawsuit please contact me in the comments. I want my money back!

    I made a $219 purchase 2/10/2023. They finally messaged me today 2/27/2023 saying they don't have the funds to issue my refunds. To contact my bank or card provider to get my money back. They are 100% scam. *** from here in **************
