  **** Port is a scam. Customer support next to nil when asking the whereabouts of my order. When customer support did "respond" via email, it seemed automated as they responded three times using the same response. Even after their fake responses stating that I should be expecting a tracking number within a week, to no avail, they have stopped responding after I inquired about the tracking number. Cannot reach anyone to speak to in person even though their automated phone response says to leave a call back number...no call back of course. So I eventually demanded my money back, though I have very little confidence that I will! Do not due business with *************, you will have issues!!!!

  Ordered a pinion yoke they had posted in stock on their website never got email confirmation about shipping. So I emailed them they responded with it should ship in 2 weeks they have to wait on the manufacturer I canceled because it was supposed to be IN STOCK! they told me my refund would be back in my account in 5-7 business days started reading reviews immediately contacted my bank filed a fraud claim with my bank a month later still no refund hopefully my bank comes through do not order anything from this company it is a total scam the emails are auto response they do not answer there phone and do not return any calls what parts distribution center doesnt have access to there own accounting department? The parts are fake emails fake British ascent on their answering machines fake the only thing real is how they take your money before shipping parts they dont even have .

  They are a scam. Been battling out since August for an exhaust system that never got delivered. Having to take them to court to recoup money as they refuse to refund. Anyone who wants to jump on and make this a class action. Let me know. I cannot believe they haven't been forced to take down their website. Utter and complete fraud.

  ********, took my money for parts on 10-20-22. Every email I was told they ship, never shipped. On 01-18-23, told them to cancel and refund my money. As of 02-14-23, no refund and now being told they don't deal with refunds

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY will not respond to phone calls sent an email with tracking number that the product had been shipped, complete BS. Tracking number did not work. Have tried contacting them multiple times with no response. I am disputing the charge to get my money back.

  They took my money ($600). Delayed order for 2 months, saying it was backordered. Later, they promised to refund my money and never did. That went on for another 2 months. I had to file a complaint with credit card company, but they said I was out of time (months total) and could no longer get my money back.These people should be dragged into the street and shot. Criminals.

  Like everyone else, purchased tires through affirm mid 2022, canceled order after 3-4 months of waiting. Countless emails to them with the same generic response. Took it up with affirm to dispute it, started the dispute in December and I still havent gotten anything back with an open dispute still. DO NOT PURCHASE.

  Stay away, do not fall for lower prices than other companies. Way over 3 months no part keep promising that the part is on back order and will be shipped as soon as its available. Friend of mine ordered the same part through a different vendor received it in timely matter to the three days shipping. Lost patience and requested refund was told 5 to 7 days over a month still no refund.now I have to make a claim with the credit card company total waste of time.

  Total scam! I should have read the reviews before believing this scam of a company. I cancelled my order, and a refund was never given. I am currently trying to get my credit union to do a chargeback. They have no products. And do not give out refunds. I knew something was wrong when I did not get charged sales tax. 2 weeks and waiting, no refund. And now, no response to any type of communication, or requests on the status of my refund. Save all correspondence with this company, you will need it later when you are ripped off. Especially any type of email that states they will give you a refund. I hope these scammers get arrested. Absolute thieves! Do not waste your money, or time with them. Stay far away from *************!
