      The REMOVEDin REMOVEDdoes not accept their process service summary as proof of service. They say on their website that they are available in REMOVED. How do I protect others from the same scam?

      Scam. BEWARE- I had an emergency situation and needed same day service. They charged me $225 and all I got was a email that said - shes been served- they lied to me telling me she was served and provided me zero proof of service. They became vague with emails and then ghosted altogether. Now phone goes to voicemail. Either they served her and decided to hold the forms and lied altogether. Either way out a lot of money and in a bad situation for court

      name calling by the process server, REMOVED. He used foul language, no moral compass and very unprofessional. Lied about serving the person. zero rating - I give this company an F rating. I have a recorded conversation with REMOVEDthat supports my complaint on how poorly I was treated.

      This business charged my credit card twice for one service without a quote, invoice, or authorization for the second charge. After charging my credit card for an exorbitant rush fee and additional unauthorized fee, they did not provide the service. When I called to determine the status after realizing the additional charge, they were hostile and evasive. Avoid this disreputable business at all costs

      Process Server One sub controntacted our company to serve a court paper here in REMOVED. 1 Address was provided and they asked for a quote. Once the quote was provided they gave a different address 2.5 hours away. We told them that it would be more expensive and the only reply was that it had to be served by a deadline. We ensure deadlines are met so we drove and served the document. Once the job was done we sent the invoice and now REMOVEDFrom Process Server One refuses to answer calls or emails.

      I hired Process Server One after finding them in REMOVEDand they had good reviews to serve some court papers for me. They started off very good. The hiring was very easy. They got back to me very quickly, I sent my documents they sent an invoice, Easy payment. I didnt hear anything back from them about the service so I reached out to them 8 days later to see if the papers had been served. They told me yes they had been served and they would send me proof. Again I heard nothing from them so 9 days after it last conversation I reached out again asking how long it takes to get proof of service. Not REMOVEDminutes later I got an email with the proof. I wonder if I hadnt reached out how long I would have waited. So yes my papers were served but they get a one star when it comes to communicating with clients
