1 starI was very happy with mint mobile until my phone plan expired and I was between pay checks. I had expected my data services not to be available when I was outside but I had expected all of my wifi features to still work. But that is not case. When your mint account expires you are completely cut off from wifi texting and wifi calls. They have no reason on earth to do this but they do. As a consumer who paid $1000 for a phone and for a monthly internet service I should be able to still make wifi calls and texts. But Mint just cuts you off. If you get paid on Friday and you service expired Wed, ****, no calls for you, not even if you are in your own home trying to use your wifi.This caught me really offguard and caused me a lot of hardship. I cannot recommend Mint mobile to anyone because of this issue. I can't believe they are cutting me off from using my own phone in my own house.Mint Mobile

1 starMINT IS TERRIBLE. RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY. They sold me a OnePlus Nord 100 two months ago. The phone they sold me was a demonstrator model. It was not to be sold for use only demonstration. It does not update nor does it have all the features of the regular phone. It overheats regularly. **** has confirmed this phone should not have been sold off of the **** number. **** has emailed me confirmation of this.Two months into this fight Mint still has not exchanged or refunded the cost of phone. I have well over ************************************************************ customer service chats. They are awful beyond belief.Now after two months of fighting with with Mint Mobile they finally sent me the email with the return instructions they had promised me when I received the demonstrator phone. However, the link for the return in the email goes to dead link with a 404 error.I wanted to include the text of the email for return with the link to a 404 error but it put me over the character maximum so I can give you the bad link. Further, I will be glad to share the email with you if that helps.****************************************************************...Mint Mobile

1 starWhen I signed up with Mint Mobile I was told 'You will be notified of your data usage each month so you will have a better idea of what you need' for when you renew service.SO NOT TRUE, they tell you NOTHING in fact when I called customer service and asked about last month's usage I was told they do not have access to those numbers.It seems they want to keep you signing up for the 'unlimited' just to be sure you have enough or have to pay 'overage if you select a lesser rate.SHAME on their sales teams that give that promise of knowing your usage monthly.Mint Mobile

1 starI bought a *** card with an activate by date of 05/13/2025 but because I didnt activate it within ************************************************************************* refund. What a joke if you want people to activate in 45 days you need to put that date on the *** card.Mint Mobile

3 starsIm a new customer to ********************** and I love their prices however, billing and customer service not so much. During my trial period I received and email from Mint that said they could save me money as I wasnt using much of the program I signed up for. So I thought thats great! When they signed me up they charged me the more expensive program not the revised one they emailed me about. Just a mistake. So I call customer service and they arranged a refund and said it could take **** days to refund my money then they would charge me the correct amount. As I checked my credit card to see if the credit had come thru I noticed they charged the lower rate as well as the higher priced program. Thats around $500.00. Then a couple of days later the credited the lower rate and kept the high price still on my statement. Still not credit on the higher priced program. Time ticked away and after 10 days I call customer service and they said give it more time so I did. Days went by still no credit I called again. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said she would call me back after investigation. She didnt call but I got a text that saying from customer resolution support please be aware that your refund request has been approved. .. So they again started a new refund. More waiting. Then when my dog was very Ill I attempted to call the vet and mint mobile sent my call instead to mint mobile customer service. As it turned out if you are behind on your payment youre unable to make calls. Thats fine if I had not made attempts to pay my bill but non of this was my doing and I felt I was *********** use my phone since they were the ones messing up. I had to drive to my vet and make an appt. long story short on my dog was very ill and I had to put her down. I called mint mobile and said pretty much what Ive written here and they reinstated my service. Still no refund as of this writing.Mint Mobile

1 starTried to switch from mint mobile to ******* wireless. Mint mobile would not release my phone number so I could use it at *******. I spent over 3 hours on 3 different occasions talking with multiple people at mint mobile. Even my ******* representative was on the phone with me trying to help me out for them to release my number to transfer it to *******. Mint mobile would not give me the account transfer number or the transfer pin.Mint Mobile

1 starThere system is full of bugs, i have opted for yearly plan on july 7th and paid ****** dollar , after 3 months of service suddenly my service got suspended today and when I called the customer service multiple times they are keep saying same-thing that there is a chargeback in my account and that is the reason my service got suspended but when I asked with my bank they confirmed that the amount i paid back in July has processed and never reverted back . The ******************* explaining to mint customer service they still fail to understand and keep saying that they have never charged me ****** amount even though they have provided me three months of service and suddenly the amount i paid got disappeared form mint and my service got suspended . Unfortunately after spending whole day with customer care i had to pay again in order to activate my service again and had to create dispute with my bank. Still not sure if i am going to receive my money back and somehow if i get my money back i am afraid that the mint mobile going to suspend my service again.Mint Mobile

1 starBait and switch?I left ******* and signed up with Mint for this deal: $15 per month for unlimited data. I was skeptical as this is such a great price and the salesperson, who sounded like he was on a beach in ***********, said "no worries, you're getting a family plan promotion that will get you unlimited for $15 per month even after the 90 days.I'm now on the phone with someone that's saying that's not possible and they will give the salesperson extra training. The new price is $30/month for unlimited for a family plan of 3 or more lines. Also they put my young sons on their own plans which means it's even higher.Isn't this a bait and switch?Mint Mobile

1 starBought a phone for my mother which has since quit working. She no longer wants the phone. Unfortunately, I purchased a 12 month plan of which she only used 3 months. Mint Mobile refuses to give any rebate on the plan since they are a prepaid company.
