I originally wanted two tickets to a college baseball game. I accidentally ordered 11 and didn't realize until I saw the electronic receipt for $401.08. I immediately sent emails and texts thru their system but kept getting the response of NO refunds. They kept telling me to resell them. So followed their instructions about downloading the app MLB.com to get the 11 tickets. I tried 6 times with two different email addresses, no luck. Called ticket.com customer service and after an hour noone could figure it out. I couldn't get my tics and they wouldn't refund any of my $401. I finally had them send the electronic tics to a friend who had the app MLB.COM. when get got the tics he couldn't open the attachment on his laptop only his phone. And no tickets, no bar codes, no way to print tics to sell. Tickets.com just kept saying you use the app " MLB.COM" to sell them. Right, but I don't have the app because it wouldn't download on any of my email addresses. And no way to print tics to sell them. I'm now stuck with 11 tickets, I think. That is if we can use my friends phone at the game but no bar codes or anything to scan. So we don't even know if we have legitimate tickets. If not I'll be going to my credit card company to dispute the charges. I do not recommend anyone using this company, buy from real ticket companies that are selling printable tickets. This whole thing has been a nightmare.Business Response

12/15/2023 I was wanting to purchase tickets to the ******** musical at ****************** in *****, ** for $1042.50, 3 tickets. June 29th, **** 2pm performance. I thought I was purchasing the tickets through ******* but this is actually a third party site. This is not directly communicated to the customer. I learned later, that I would not receive my tickets until the day before the performance yet they took my money on my credit card immediately.I have filed a dispute with my credit card as I have no tickets and no legitimate information on when I am getting the tickets. My credit card company is taking up the matter again as the company sent them 13 pages of information saying their tickets are non refundable yet this was never communicated to me as the consumer. I never would have spent money on tickets through this company if I had been given this information at the time of purchase.I can not wait for tickets to a performance until the day before the performance and only have a ticket on my phone! I have nothing from this company! No tickets at all! When I purchase a movie ticket in advance on line through the theater, I have my ticket immediately! When I purchased a ticket to a local theater performance, I had my ticket immediately! I have nothing to show for my purchase! Yes! This company is a third party company! They told me when I called to question what was happening with my order that they were basically a middle man. Other people buy the tickets and resell them through their site. Yet, this was not communicated to me as a customer.#******** is the order number.Tickets-Center.comBusiness Response

On 9/10/23 I purchased 4 tickets to Les Miserables at the ***************************. Immediately after the purchase upon receiving a response from tickets.com I realized I had unknowingly purchased tickets from a third party seller. Tickets.com was deceptive in their advertising and I thought I was buying tickets direct. I then read many online reviews where people have been deceived by this company. I called their company the same day asking for a refund. They refused. I did not accept or receive these tickets. nor attend the event. Currently I have been charged ******. I attend to file a court claimed if I'm not successful resolving this matter in the near future.Business Response

I purchased two tickets to **************** with a face value of $30 each for which I was charged $211. 50 I paid for this through PayPal. The website was Tickets.com. This caught me by surprise because I did not realize I was purchasing tickets from a third party vendor. So, when I talked to REI and they explained what this was and they could not do anything because the charge was pending. I informed them that I wanted my money back and they will not give me my money back. I can only do this through the website. I would like my money refunded back to me.Business Response

On 10/2/23 while I was trying to get tickets for an event at ********* in ***********, I typed ********* in the search engine to get the tickets. Tickets.com was the first site that popped up. I did not pay attention that it was not ******** as it had the logo, etc. I had to search for how many tickets I needed and I wrote 4. The price came up at $223. It did not say each after the price. I assumed it was for the total. I put in my credit card information, I was not given a chance to review my order before the order was accepted. I received an email that my card was being charged $892. I immediately tried to get in contact with Tickets.com. I could not get a live person but was given a chat on my phone. I was advised that all sales were final as they were third party sellers and I could try to re-sell my tickets. I could not understand how they could charge that much per ticket. When I called ******** today, 10/3/23 I was advised that this happens a lot. I was told to put a dispute in with my credit card company which I am in the process of doing. I was also told the seats that I did get were the very last row in the orchestra section and they are $45 a piece. I was also advised to file a complaint with this department. Please advise if you need anything further and thank you for your attention to this matter.Business Response
