I purchased 2 tickets for ***************************** concert at ************* *******,**. I thought I was purchasing from Ticket master but was taken to a third party site, Tickets.com. I received an email to go to get my tickets and the page stated " Oops this ticket transfer has been accepted by another email address " After several phone calls to tickets.com, I still have no tickets. The last phone call the woman said I would get a call back, still waiting 2 weeks later. I'm at a loss of $339.50.Business Response

On 9/10/23 I purchased 4 tickets to Les Miserables at the ***************************. Immediately after the purchase upon receiving a response from tickets.com I realized I had unknowingly purchased tickets from a third party seller. Tickets.com was deceptive in their advertising and I thought I was buying tickets direct. I then read many online reviews where people have been deceived by this company. I called their company the same day asking for a refund. They refused. I did not accept or receive these tickets. nor attend the event. Currently I have been charged ******. I attend to file a court claimed if I'm not successful resolving this matter in the near future.Business Response

I purchased two tickets to **************** with a face value of $30 each for which I was charged $211. 50 I paid for this through PayPal. The website was Tickets.com. This caught me by surprise because I did not realize I was purchasing tickets from a third party vendor. So, when I talked to REI and they explained what this was and they could not do anything because the charge was pending. I informed them that I wanted my money back and they will not give me my money back. I can only do this through the website. I would like my money refunded back to me.Business Response

On 10/2/23 while I was trying to get tickets for an event at ********* in ***********, I typed ********* in the search engine to get the tickets. Tickets.com was the first site that popped up. I did not pay attention that it was not ******** as it had the logo, etc. I had to search for how many tickets I needed and I wrote 4. The price came up at $223. It did not say each after the price. I assumed it was for the total. I put in my credit card information, I was not given a chance to review my order before the order was accepted. I received an email that my card was being charged $892. I immediately tried to get in contact with Tickets.com. I could not get a live person but was given a chat on my phone. I was advised that all sales were final as they were third party sellers and I could try to re-sell my tickets. I could not understand how they could charge that much per ticket. When I called ******** today, 10/3/23 I was advised that this happens a lot. I was told to put a dispute in with my credit card company which I am in the process of doing. I was also told the seats that I did get were the very last row in the orchestra section and they are $45 a piece. I was also advised to file a complaint with this department. Please advise if you need anything further and thank you for your attention to this matter.Business Response

seeing a recurring charge on my credit card from tickets.com USL. I am not receiving any goods, services are tickets from tickets.com. Every phone attempt to contact a live person ends up in a recorded dead end or "contact the venue" (I have no venue). I have filled our a 'contact me" form online (9/7) nothing back. trying to get this resolved as my last avenue is to report the charges as fraudulent.Business Response

This is my first time purchased tickets from Ticketmaster and also my first time to request a refund. Unlike other events, this event disabled the sell function on the platform and does not allow purchaser to resell the tickets if they cannot attend the event. I have been waiting for a long time and still dont see the sell function pop up. I have contacted the customer service since 7/30/2023 to ask for a refund and could not get any resolution. The agent in the chat keep telling me that I can resell the tickets but such function has been intentionally disabled by the event organizers. Im asking for a one time ******** exception to refund my tickets; it they truly cannot refund it, I can accept credit back on the platform.Business Response

I purchased a ticket on June 8, 2023 for an event on July 27, 2023. This week I found that the file in which my confirmation Email was stored got corrupted and I tried to contact tickets.com to resend the confirmation Email. The contact information given on their website is absolutely useless. When I called the telephone number I got a recorded message ending with "The person you are trying to reach is unavailable. Goodbye."Furthermore, when I contacted the theatre at which the event was held, they told me that the website in their name that redirected me to tickets.com to make the purchase is a fake one (********.com as opposed to ************). This use of a false website to misdirect customers into using their services as opposed to that of website belonging to the venue itself and their refusal to allow customers contact directly about their transactions are gross violations of good business practice and need to be addressed.I am enclosing a copy of the transaction made on my credit card.Business Response

In 2020 I purchased 2 tickets that totaled to $500 for the Millennium Tour before covid shut us down. There were constant emails telling me that the tour had been canceled and that refunds were to be expected in a few weeks. Well its been 3 years, constant calls and e-mails and still nothing!!! My patience has beyond thinned for this company and I can assure you that I am getting lawyers involved to get a resolution! I didnt work hard to throw away my money and be mishandled by a company that manipulates customers who trust you to do your part, right or wrong. When the tour opened back and was running for business in 2021 I did not go. I had caught covid and was afraid of what may happened being around thousands of people or spreading it myself. This company isnt ashamed of lying and coming up with any excuse not refund your money, so please do your research and use legitimate companies that care about their customers.Business Response
