      THIEVES. I ORDERED TWO TICKETS TO PAGEANT OF THE MASTERS FROM THE INTERNET. WHEN CARD CHARGES ON MY ******** ACCOUNT ARRIVED I WAS CHARGED $394.40 . WHEN I GOT TO THE EVENT AND WAS TOLD FACE VALUE WAS $65 OR A TOTAL OF $130.00.THIS IS A FRAUD. I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING FROM THE PAGEANT SITE. THIS ORGANIZATION IS FRAUDULENT.

      If I could put ZERO I would. I purchased Birmingham Barons tickets on 8/18 for a game on 8/19 through Ticketmaster. Unfortunately I didnt realize until I got to the game that I never received my tickets. I went back to Ticketmasters email and it said the tickets would come from the seller Tickets.com. I never received an email to get my mobile transfer tickets. *** contacted Ticketmaster multiple times about a refund. I called this morning for an update and they denied my refund request stating that tickets.com did send me my tickets? WHENNNNNNN??? Ive looked through my entire email even through spam and no tickets. *** used Ticketmaster on several occasions but Im very disappointed that theyre allowing people to purchase tickets from a scam website. The tickets were only $40 but that wasnt $40 to just give without receiving my tickets. Im beyond over it but Ill be patient. This company is a scam and is going to take care of you all I promise. God sits high and looks low so if you think taking people money is okay. Thy shall not steal and this is STEALING! God will handle this and I pray everyone else gets the justice they deserve from this scamming company

      I'd love to put 0 stars.When purchasing tickets additional fees were NOT transparent and unknown prior to purchase. I'm cautious about purchasing online, in this instance i followed through because there was NO other fees shown accept the accual ticket price.Only after purchasing came a email receipt containing a total of $354 for a $130 ticket price.I tried to contact tickets.com ***** was given a typical statement of BS.MAKE THE **** TO THE *** OFFICE! or use Ticketmaster, they are at least transparent.

      Went to 6 this sunday in ********had goog seats.we were told they had vip access to suite service.part of our purchase.went to the theater.found we needed anouther pass.was given to us.checked the email 20 times to make sure i was not mistaken.was not wrong.was told to contact the ****** you.have way to contact you last minute.no phone nothing.i lost out on a lot.do not use this app.they will take your money .when f*** you in the a**

      They lead you to believe you are dealing with the vendors directly then they **** up the prices. You're reciept doesnt have an order number on it. They are a fraud. No way to get in touch with customer service. Ive been dealing with this since December??Do Not Buy From tickets.com

      Like others have remarked, the display on this site led me to believe that I was dealing directly with the venue. And, of course, they lied about the charge. Not until I clicked to pay did their display indicate that they were charging $300 for what they said would cost $202. DO NOT BUY FROM TICKETS.COM.

      When buying tickets for a show we were directed to this website unknowingly. Tickets.com charged a service fee of $200 for a purchase of $650. No where during the complicated on line process was it indicated that we would be charged this excessive fee. Buyer beware!! This is a sneaky and mean practice. Instead of a reasonable service charge for the 3 tickets , this company charged a $68.50 service fee for EACH ticket. This is appalling!

      I purchased two tickets for upcoming ************ game. I never received a confirmation email. When you call the number on the purchase tab it states to call the venue. I called ********* and they state that I don't have tickets. I don't have tickets on the mobile app, so where are the tickets. I placed a dispute with **** of america to reverse the charge. I
