      if I could give Experian a 0 for customer support, I would! The site says we have an account but no way to access it. We have tried resetting the password but the phone number and our street address is not matching up with the user id (no change to either in 20+ years). The automated call center isn't able to assist. None of the help option on the site can resolve the issue and there isn't a way to connect with a person to figure out what is going on with our account.

      I cannot put a freeze on my Experian credit because they have incorrect contact info for me and I can't log in. They have ZERO customer support. It is just an AI loop that tells customers to try calling later when it can't proceed. Avoid Experian if you don't want to waste your precious time. ******* is much better.

      Horrible service and business when I signed up I choose the 0.00 membership and made me enter my credit card information and now every day they are trying to charge me 26.99 and will not reply to my emails and phone service hangs up on me! They should not be charging consumers for whatever they want after the consumer chooses the package. They do not help you or your credit if anything they make it worse by keeping your information so anyone can get ahold of it. Can someone help me remove my information?

      They sell your private info to third parties and it is impossible to get in touch with a human being to tell them to stop. The AI voice knows essentially nothing and even when I supposedly was on hold to talk to a human being, I was on hold over 30 minutes and never connected. They have all my sensitive info and I have no control over how they use it! This should be illegal!

      DO NOT JOIN EXPERIAN BUSINESS I HAD TRIED TO CANCEL LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER ACTIVATING AND I RECEIVED THREATENING EMAILS FROM THEM. I went to the director, who also said no. The Vice President said "Give him a refund, close his account, and block him from forever getting a copy of his report again." So, this is what I ****** most cases, once a refund has been submitted, the issuing bank will post it to your account within 3-5 business days when issued to a credit card.       Experian is reporting address information on my credit report from almost 20 yrs ago and will not remove old address information that is putting my identity at risk for fraud !

Once your creditors report it to us, it cannot be removed since it is a valid address.       Experian is allowing creditors to report false information on my credit file that I have sent in several police reports and FTC reports showing proof it wasn't me and that the person was arrested using my identity and showing proof I wasn't even in the country when the loans took place . Experian accepts no proof from the creditors at all , The banks says yes its accurate and Experian says ok but I upload Police Reports and FTC reports and Court Records showing Arrest and showing I wasn't even in the country but that's not good enough . The bank ******* it but saying it accurate with NO PROOF . I have filed suit against Experian for allowing banks to do financial ruins to me just because they take the bank side . My Mortgage company is calling my Mortgage in because of a loan I didn't get and it shows accurate according to Experian but courts says its fraud and a gentleman went to jail for 13 years and 7 mo for getting the loan in my name . CFPB has even filed suit against Experian for not looking into Investigation probably and always taking Creditors side versus the consumer . I will not stand for this and I want stop until I win and its off my credit file with Experian . ********** and ******* has removed and blocked but not Experian . I'll see you in court.

      I am very unhappy with Exp. . In an effort to return to my maiden name ..The state of Arizonawhere I lived all my life,. They took my collection of names Ive had through the years then MISSPELLED them then put it in the court document that allowed me to return to my maiden name per my divorce. When I went to renew my license this year, they spelled the names annd put them in ny license. I work out of state so I hadnt been home to fix this. I tried to open a checking account and it encouraged me to put a deposit in,So I did, I did ****** of my money BEFORE it ansked for a physical ID I had already verified my ID by other means, I knew it would cause problems but I tried my drivers llicense. Of course they canceled my account keeping my money/ Since then Ive called many times, always the same answer. I work in ********** ( part time) but live in ******* on my way back in December Im going to see the judge regarding this. Just going from my current legal name ***** to Hood . and when I tried to set up a checking account with ********************** it took my money no problem and then AFTER It feels like the fact asked for my license after taking my money is the reason I want it back in my account today I have waited months. I think my account and bank are the reason Im getting frauded d u want to close the account and u cannot do that with unfinished business, so give me my lousy 100 back please. firms *****. First I had already given all the secret questions and other ways of verify g my identity and Im in the middle of a name change/ so since they took my money then asked for id then immediate canceled my account but refuse to give the money back. I am nit happy. I have been frauded 4 times now. I have ti spend 20 min every tine trying to get into my account with Exo. The robbers and thrives get in no problem. 4 times I have bee. Frauded with Experian membership, Its next to impossible to get in my lien account with ********************** because

      I am writing to bring to your attention an unauthorized charge of $27.05 that was applied to my account without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize any upgrade to my services and was fully satisfied with the basic support I had. At no point did I request or approve any additional services.I kindly request that this charge be refunded to my account as soon as possible, as I did not agree to this transaction.Thank you for your attention to this matter. The membership was not canceled; consequently, in accordance with the published terms of our offer, the credit card provided was charged our monthly membership fee on October 22, 2024. As you requested, your paid benefits ceased, effective November 18, 2024. You will continue to have access to your Experian(R) credit report and FICO(R) Score daily at no charge to you. Our website describes the offer, and the order form details the terms and conditions of the offer, including billing at the end of the trial and monthly thereafter unless and until the customer notifies us of their wish to discontinue.
