    May 18 th 2026 an offer was made 1 yr of Webshots Photo. I still had an until 9/06/2026 left but a good deal charged on my REMOVEDMastercard amount $39.99. Submitted excepted. The Amount was never recieved to REMOVEDaccount for payment as contacted emailed the CEO REMOVEDSchwarg for a refund today. Heard nothing no reply.

    Ms REMOVEDrequests a 5 minute response time, we are unable to match this level of service.

    Ms REMOVEDcall this "totally unacceptable" and that she as fixed this with "no help from you" which violates are terms of service.

    Ms REMOVEDis issued a full refund for a years subscription and thus gets 9 months free service. 

    Ms REMOVEDaccount is closed.

    Ms REMOVEDstarts another subscription with a new email, this is refunded. 

    Ms REMOVEDexpects refunds to show up same day when the industry standard is 3-7 business days.

    I have been trying to get ahold of their support staff for several days. They haven't returned any of my calls. They took off my webshots without my permission. I want it back. I miss my pictures I had and I can't get it back on. I keep asking for help.

    Customer violated terms of service, threatened to cancel, closure notice sent, no further contact desired.

    "I'm about ready to cancel and ask for my money back that I paid to have these pictures.  It never said that there was a limit."
