    I purchased 4 pair socks based on the size chart on their website. REMOVEDsent me an email immediately asking if I'd ordered the right size. I measured my calf again to be sure and emailed him back to tell him the size of my calf. He assured me I had ordered the correct size. On their website, they show these skinny people able to pull the socks up and down with ease. They don't work like that for people with larger legs. When purchasing this item, I'd hoped to be able to put them on easily. I sat down on the floor trying to put these things on and it was quite the struggle. It felt like I had been working out at the gym for a couple of hours after just getting one of them on. I knew these weren't going to work for me. Within a few hours of receiving the socks, I sent Compression Socks World a message to advise they don't fit. I immediately received an email back from the same REMOVEDfrom Customer Support. He insinuated I probably ordered the wrong size! He was the same person that verified I'd ordered the correct size. He offered to send a larger size. I advised him I just want a refund. He gave me an address in REMOVEDto ship the socks back to. First off, their website shows they are headquartered in REMOVED, REMOVED. Why am I to ship them to REMOVED? And why should I be expected to pay to return ship an item they assured me would fit? So now they are holding my $55.00 payment hostage until I return the socks to them. I filed a complaint with PayPal this evening. I doubt that will get my money refunded. Their website says, "30-Day Trial - Try us for 30 days. Not in love? Full refund". It also says, "Easy Returns - Simple return policy for your peace of mind". ???? Doesn't sound to me like they stand behind their promises. Wouldn't that be considered False Advertising? Hmmm, makes one wonder.

    If I could give a ZERO, I would. The company states the product is American made but the socks are made and shipped from REMOVED. The order was placed on April 27, 2024. However, that did not happen and as such, the shipment spent numerous days in REMOVEDand several days in REMOVEDwhich is where it sits still.As explained in my original email, I am leaving REMOVEDTuesday morning May 7, 2024 and will not be able to take possession of the package.Please refund my account with all monies.The company never responded and I am currently dealing with my financial institution for reimbursement. NEVER SEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A FARCE!

    I wish I had checked them out before I ordered! The California address is a front as they are a REMOVEDand they don't care about their customers. I measured my leg 3 times to make sure I gave them the correct information and the socks a REMOVED, they don't fit. They guy (REMOVED) in REMOVEDthat I am dealing with does not care. I was going to send them back, but you have to send them to REMOVEDnot REMOVED. The shipping cost you more than the socks. REMOVEDto a peace me offer to send me 1 larger pair even though I bought 4 pairs, this was 10 days ago. No socks yet. Watch out don't buy anything from companies that they first letter in their country name is with a C.....get it Canada----REMOVED! WARNING rip off! My rating is 0 stars but the system requires me to give it something!

    I was scammed just like the other reviewers here. I contacted them, and was given an address to return them in C A N A D A. I paid $49.80 US to send them back. They just were returned to me today as undeliverable. So, I paid $149 for a dozen pair of socks that don't fit plus shipping, let's call it $200 spent to prop up this awful company. They ship from REMOVED, but returns go to REMOVED? These people need to be shut down.

    Tried to return the socks to the address I was given. Package was returned after I spent $40 to send them back. They do not respond to my emails. Dont order anything from this company.

    Company charged my account, two days later I got an email saying my order was canceled. They did not credit my account back. I responded to the email and asked them why my order was canceled for days. They have been arguing with me that it has not been canceled Yet there has been no tracking REMOVEDhas not received the package even sent the company A screenshot of the email saying my order was canceled. They refused to acknowledge that. do not order from this company

    This company had a very clever ad on the internet. They claimed that they had five distinct sizes, starting with S/M, going all the way up to 5XL.They even showed a short video how to properly measure your calf to get the right size of compression sock. I ordered the 4XL size on 2/8/2024 I thought that I ordered 4 pair of socks. Shortly after placing the order, I was contacted by the company rep and asked if I really needed 4 XL and I told him that is correct. Through some confusion on my part, they sent me 12 pairs of socks which arrived at my home around 2/25/2024. I tried on a pair and wore them for about six hours during the day. I had pain in my foot, especially. around the arch the ad claimed easy return policy in 30 days, if not satisfied These socks were useless to address the problem of edema. I emailed the company around the middle of March and told them I want to return these socks. I was told to ship them back, but it would be at my expense. I called a number of companies which ship items and was informed that the minimum cost to send them to REMOVEDwas at least $50.I did not comprehend why they wanted me to send them to REMOVED, since they were shipped from REMOVEDI made a decision not to follow their instructions, because I figured out that this company is a fraud and needs to be closed down.

    The company advertises easy return and full refund if not satisfied. The return is international, to REMOVED, instead of returning the items to the shipping point in REMOVED. Over $20 shipping fees to return 6 pair of socks. I returned the socks within the 30 day window, just before Christmas, 2023. It is now March, 2024 and I have yet to see a refund.

    Less than 1 star,my husband ordered these thinking he needed them for his diabetes. He has memory issues and thought Dr said to wear but doctor said Not to wear compression.Within hours of placing tried calliing, email and filled out online forms on their web site and nothing. 4 days later they finally answer email and said it shipped and we must pay to return. Mind you they say they are in Ca. But this is return address for product ,REMOVED, A1B 3P2 REMOVEDGuess how much it costs to send back how about $67.00.This company is a total scam ripping people off and should be shut down.And when you write a bad review they block you.There is no customer service and no US base as web site eludes to and they are on REMOVEDlooking for people to scam.
