    I ordered some compression socks and thought I was ordering to wear at work solid black pairs. When they arrived they were black with blue stripes which I cant wear at work ( I wear shorts at work but can only wear black) . I contacted for a return and refund apologizing and explaining the issue. They said if I wanted I could keep those and they could replace them with a zippered type of sock. I agreed and when I got them the first pair when I tried them on the zipper immediately broke. In contacting them numerous times they have said I cant return the replacements for a refund I can only send back the originals but they are a **************** that ships from. US warehouse but they need to be returned to ******. To do this *** would cost $70, I paid $80 for the socks. I then decided to mail them back which cost $35. I mailed them given the address provided and that package was just returned to me either because they gave me the wrong address or they refused it. I am looking a refund of my money $80 and what I paid for shipping $35. I have no problem returning all of the products. None have been worn.

    Order was placed November 5 with 5-7 day delivery, tracking showed arrived at post office on Nov 12 but was never delivered, contacted business MULTIPLE times and was told first 4-5 times it's out for delivery, now well over a month and a half later they still tell me must have been lost we will resend, 2 weeks later still no delivery and now won't return my emails, I told them weeks ago I wanted a refund and was told they can only do a return AFTER I get the product but that's not possible when I NEVER received it

    I purchased the socks June 30th and when they arrived, I realized they were too small so I followed all the procedures in order to receive a refund. Theyve been promising me a refund but I still have not received it. Theyve recently sent me the socks back.

    The company sells inferior products claiming to be made in the *************, and ships them from *****************, but to return the defective items the seller requires you to ship them, at your expense, internationally to ******. The company is headquartered in **********, and the items are shipped from **********, so this is just a deceptive ploy to discourage returns, as the items must be shipped thru customs.

    Ordered compression socks from this business entity on 2/22/24. When ordered I provided my home address, *************************************************For some reason, the socks were sent to my billing address located at *****************************************We moved from ******* October 2023 and moved to **********. Purchased our home 1/30/24.I have sent countless emails explaining that the socks are being sent to the wrong address requesting that they send them to my address in ***********Received an em,ail insdicating that they are once again sending the socks to the ******* Address as the original order was returned.Contacted them once again via email and was emailed back stating that my order (socks) were being sent to my Former Florida address once again.Emailed them again and asked that the socks be sent to my home in ********** Pa.No response.I have called the phone number in **************, ************, several times and left messages requesting a call back in order to resolve this issue to no avail.I paid $49.50 for these socks and I am left with nothing.

    I was sent the wrong size of kenetic insoles. I need size 10 and what I got was size 8. I sent them back to an address in ****** which was the address on the bag they came in. All I want is 2 pairs of size 10 insoles. PayPal paid you and you have the insoles that I mailed back. I have emailed you 4 times and never get an answer. My E-Mail is ********************

    This company Compression Sock World is a scam. Ordered 4 pair going by size from chart. They do NOT fit. They portray they are made in *** located in ********** but thats not true. They are in ****** and made in *****. They state easy return for full refund. The address is apparently BOGUS I AM SEEING NOW from other reviews on this BBB site . Their website has multiple stellar 5 star reviews. They have to be FAKE!! The price to return them is more than half the purchase price, not to mention filling out international paperwork. This shady deceitful company should be shut down! I have sent several emails and the repeated response by them is the same. They offer a 30 day refund for returning the socks at buyers expense. (Approx $28)They will decide if they will honor it WHEN THEY RECEIVE THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE .I am already out more than $45I dont TRUST they would be honest to refund as they have been shady on the return address. The other complaints I am seeing state the customer service number is disconnected.

    I purchased 4 pairs of compression socks from ****** Compression Socks World online for my husband. When we received the socks they didn't fit because the foot area was very small and the length of the sock was more than 8 inches longer than any other compression sock we have. I contacted customer service by email and they gave me the option to get a larger pair or send them back for a refund. I chose the option to send them back to the address given: ******, ************************************************************************************************************************** at a cost of over $20 in postage. The package was sent back & no refund was issued. I have contacted the 4 more times (including today) and have not receive any response back.

    On December 5, 2023 I ordered some socks for compression Socks World and I paid called them numerous of times and e-mailed them numerous of times I finally received a response and were told to mail back the socks for a refund for $145.50 I have receipts of all of my actions

    I made a purchase of compression socks. Transaction Amount of$93.50. Purchased was stated to be 100% refundable. On 9/27/23 I made email contact with the company regarding said return for refund. On 9/29/23 I received a response form ************************* She advised me to mail the socks back for refund. I the n mailed the socks as directed with the additional cost for across boarder and customs fees. Since then I he sent numerous emails to ****** to inquire on the status of the refund. I have received absolutely no response nor have I received the purchase refund.I would request that my refund be completed via payment mailed directly to me in check form, since I need to physically verify said refund completed
