    I bought 4 pairs of compression socks from Compression Socks World via an ad on ******** on or about 6/20/23 using a credit card. The socks didn't fit. I emailed them and someone answered and told me they would send 4 larger sized pairs free of charge or I could return them to an address in ****** for a full refund.I opted for the refund and it cost me $23.40 using the ***** Compression Sock World REFUSED the package when it was delivered and the package was returned to me in MA.So now I have socks I can't use and they don't reply to emails. BUT BUT....They send me ads via email....and I reply to each one to no avail.....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    I still haven't heard from your company. This blatant disregard for anything resembling "customer service" is deplorable. Please move my request to a qualified agent.     I order ********** socks on Sept.9, 2023.This was paid with my debit card. When we reieved the product they were not like they showed in the advertisement. We had 30 days to return them for a full refund. Which I did I had to pay the shipping to do so . They were bought out od Calf. but had to be returned to ******. which has cost me another ***** dollars because of going out of the *****************. I can not talk to a person on the phonwe all the numbersd have been discconected or not in service. I would just like my moneuy back.

    When I received the socks, I tried to put a pair on and could not physically achieve that goal. I requested refund assistance thru PayPal. Compression Socks World agreed to a full refund of $55.00 USD. I was instructed to return the items to an address in ******, along with a tracking number. Once the company received the socks, I would be granted a refund. I checked with the ******** about returning the items and securing a tracking number (as instructed). The cost of doing this is almost as much as the initial cost of the socks. I asked to company for an address in the U.S. to return the items to at a lower cost. To date, no response. I truly believe the company knows that the cost to return items from the U.S. to ****** is cost prohibitive and certainly not worth doing. ****** learned on my part. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH COMPRESSION SOCKS WORLD (CSW)......period. There is no viable means to seek a refund or adequate return of items bought. In any country of the free world, this is a poor way to run a business or to ****** a fair & good reputation with the consumers that do business with CSW. Buy American and stay clear of offshore companies that care nothing about their company's reputation.

    Getting any resolution with this company is probably futile but I feel the need to report. January 19, 2023, I placed an online order for compression socks in the amount $81.00. The Web page advertises easy returns and exchanges with contact options. My order was received Feb 2,2023. Since my order was not to my liking, I attempted to reach the company 5 times thru e-mail and 2 times via phone calls. There has been no response from either. As it happens, the emails I attempted to send only end up as drafts which go nowhere. No where on the site does it suggest this company is in *****!! Since I wanted a return/refund, I am stuck with merchandise I cant use. Hope you can at least see the webpage.Order # ***** tracking #YT2302321236020236
