    They are giving out a false address. They are telling people to send the socks to ****** when the label is in **********. How do we get our money back? Or who do we contact so the persons are caught and punished?

    This company offers a "30 day risk free guarantee" with "100% money back" but if the socks don't fit (even when you follow their sizing chart) they require you pay return postage TO ******, even though they have a US warehouse.

    Do not buy socks from socks world .sent the wrong size and they wont make good on ******** cant talk to anyone on the phone .I am out ***** dollars.Buyer beware!

    I ordered from compression socks but my **** was paid to mohamedsaye for $78.31 , I cancelled within an hour , and also informed ****** . I then ordered the identical items from ****** for $31.86 inc shipping and tax , which were delivered in two days . My request to cancel the mohamedsaye order was ignored and few days later the order was shipped . If I ever do receive it , i know that this company makes it impossible to return for a refund . Sadly , ****** thinks that my dispute is shipping delay , so I know that its a lost cause, its a pity that ***** allows these people to use them , as I always thought that using ****** gave me some protection , but ****** learned , I will never again purchase on line , from an unknown supplier

    Screwed up the order, promise to make it right, and never did. 10 or 20 follow **** and they will not respond to my correspondence. Basically, stole my money.

    The website claims 24/7 support and hassle free returns or exchange.The phone number says you have to email. The email representative isn't following the hassle free return. They want us to mail back at our expense to *******. The order came from **********. Also, he said that the policy states it's at our expense. It doesn't say that anywhere on website. It says hassle free returns.

    Do not purchase from them. Received the socks and had a hard time getting them past the heal of my foot. When I got the socks past hy heal, they would not stretch enough to get them pulled up on my leg. I requested to return them according to their 30 day return policy. However, even though they were shipped from a warehouse in the ***, you can only return them to their ****** address which the shipping cost is more than what i paid for the socks.

    Do not believe an anything this company says. They say their socks are easy to put on. THEY ARE NOT. The material has minimal stretch. I can barely get them past my heal putting them on or taking them off. They sent me an email asking how the fit was and I could exchange them if it wasnt right. I responded they are way too tight. But Compression World never answered. I ordered more pairs in 4X (3X way too tight at 62 & 230 lbs. The 4X were marginally a better fit but are way too long. These socks are digging in just under my knee and hurt like h*** after 10 hours working in the ********** oilfield. I went back to Copper Fit compression which are much more comfortable. The Compression World socks are breaking in somewhat but, I WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT THEM. THIS COMPANY LIES IN THEIR ADDS, EMSILS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
