      I am sorry that you have had problems communicating with us. All communications should come to ******************************** I searched that email and never have seen a communication from you other than when you sent in your ERTC documents.

      It always intrigues me how easliy people throw around the word "Scam", especially since we have not charged you a ***** and amended six quarters of Federal 941X filings and sent them to the **** You are aware of this since you signed them before we could send them to th ****

      Filing for ERTC is a lengthy process. Best case scenario would be ****** days from the time the *** receives the filings ( around Feb 1) before we get any communication or the possibility of checks from the **** That means we should expect communications from the *** around June 1. Please note that we are in the middle of the 2022 tax season and this may or may not affect the *** processing time. At this point we are 100% dependent on them. We do check with them periodically to #1 make sure they received the paperwork, and #2 to stay on top of the timeline for processing and receiving funds.

      Should we get any new information we will be sure to communicate that to you.

      Again please direct all email communications to ******************************* or communicate with th Millennia Rep that helped you initially. You can also use ****************** for all phone communications about ERTC processing. Feel free to call upon us at any time.

      I have received a great number of robocalls from ************ on each of my business lines. The robocall does not include any option to have our numbers removed. Calling them to request removal ************** in snide remarks. Scammers typically operate in this manner, and judging from the number of complaints it seems that ************ is nothing but a scam organization charging people money while providing no real service or thing of value. I tried calling their main phone number listed on their website and never was able to reach anyone. This seems to be a 100% scam organization.

      I am rejecting this response because: They do not state the number that has been "scrubbed" from their lists or provide any evidence whatsoever of their claim. When I asked their employee to remove my number, he ridiculed me then caused a phone storm of multiple simultaneous calls from their robocall system to my phones. These are disreputable people engaging in disreputable behavior.

      I contracted with Millenia approximately 2yrs ago to handle back tax issues. I make regular payments to them. I also understand that the pandemic slowed service. That said, I have been trying to get any information from them for over 6mos. I am getting billed for their services, and have had zero incoming information from them, no matter how or whom I leave messages for (email or call). The *** and collections are penalizing me daily for *********' inaction. If they would reply I would be able to help, that said, 6mos of absolutely nothing. Documentation available.

      33 We have also just texted you the name and direct number for your case manager. You can also reach out to them directly at any time.

      Looking at your case I see a note that could be one of the problems. The note states: "Do Not Call Client. Client requests only email or text communications". Tax resolution many times requires much more communication than is possible via text.

      I also noticed that your case is at a stand still because we have requested documentation from you multpile times by mail and email with no response. We have requested a financial questionnaire and 3 months pay stubs and 3 months bank statements. Without this documentation our hands are tied. A soon as you provide them we can move your case formward. We have been waiting for this information since Oct 2022.

      My husband *****************************, whom I have conservatorship over (since 2015), got a call from this company and having a brain injury, he was not able to fully understand what he was getting into. He agreed to pay $350 a month for this company to erase his tax debt. An amount that he could not afford, yet he had been trying to pay after calling the company and requesting that the contract be canceled. Fast forward to the past two months, ***** called and told the company he was no longer able to pay due to a loss of income. The company puts negative remarks on his credit and demands payment in full. I have tried calling the company myself over the past few days(even pressing 1 for customer service) and am told that they can't give me information (even though I am my husband's conservator and him in the room) or we get no one on the phone. Meanwhile his credit score is being trashed, the *** has never sent us a collection notice because of my husband not making any money and being on permanent disability now and all I want is to get my husband relief from these people.

      In response to the claim:

      ********************* is a client in good standing with us.There would be no way for us to know that he a brain injury based on our conversations. What I do think he understand fully is that he owes approx $19K plus whatever is owed from the now 5 years of taxes the *** is looking for.

      The case was financed so as to bring the monthly payment down to something reasonable becuase a finance company can provide a much longer term than we can if we provide an in-house payment plan. Since that was set up for ********************* any changes or problems with payments has to be addressed with the **************** Looking at the finance company portal I see that was done and the payment schedule was revised to accommodate your case.

      When you finance something and do not pay it does effect your credit report.

      As far as not being able to get information. If the client is on the phone and says I authroize so and so to obtain information on my behalf we are more than happy to talk with you. Without authorization from the client we cannot and will not.

      We have back taxes prepared that we have emailed and **** mailed to the client multiple times for signing with no response. This simple act could quite possibly have resolved all of his tax issues. Failure on the part of the Client to sign  requested *** documents is the only delay in this case. His tax issues cannot be resolved with the best options without the client becoming compliant in the eyes of the ***.

I looked into your case and it looks like based on the initial information we had, and the fact that you had both W-2 and 1099 income, it looked like you would end up with a tax liability. Once we prepared the taxes for you and submitted them it became evident that you you had a refund instead. Because we did complete a tax investigation for your case and prerpared your back taxes, some charge is definitely justifiable but not the total we charged you. We would be willing to refund $500 back to you, since we did not have to do any work toward tax resolution. You can call us at ************ x 110 to arrange the refund.

I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS RUSHING ME AND THAT I DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT ALL SHE WAS SPEAKING ON I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND, ****** SAID THAT WE NEED TO GET THREW THIS PART SO WE CAN GET A LOAN TO PAY BACK, I TOLD HER THAT I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND SHE ASKED ME FOR MY BANK INFO BUT TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD GO OVER EVERYTHING IN LAYMEN TERMS AS I REQUSTED BECAUSE I STILL DIDNT UNDERSTAND. I talk to Millennial relief Tax on July 8th about getting some information on there Company and possibly helping me with Irs debt. This Company forged my name and didn't send me Resolution until July 11, 2022 I had more questions that they said that they would get back to me about. Millennial relief tax is a scam they no your despite to resolve problems with the irs. So they lie and leave you hanging with no information about them they wrote this contract up and i had no Knowledge of completely what they was doing. ***** H. Is the head of these scams and ****** both ladies don't help the situation. And i thought that they was there to listen and maybe help me if i decided to go with Millennial relief Tax but i didn't BECAUSE there a scam. We take all feedback that is negative in nature seriously and conduct our own internal investigation. Upon our investigation we found that the phone call recordings portrayed a much different point of view. First of all I would like to mention that on the recorded calls you mentioned that you have worked with 2 other companies and were dissatisfied with their work. Unfortunately you did not give us a chance to show you what we could do to resolve your tax issues. Please note that we did finish the Tax Investiagtion, the information of which was provided to you by ************. Please note that we were contracted by you to do the investigation and we have never received a cent from you. Please note that we record every call, and as you mentioned in both calls so do you. So you are able to confirm everything I mention in this letter. The first call with ****** we did not hear anything on her side to pressure you into a decision. She was both friendly and professional. Yes we do move along quickly as we are conscious of peoples time. The conversation with ****** was 30 minutes long and if we do not stay on point that could drag out much longer which a lot of times is an inconvenience for clients. Your demeanor during the call was equally as friendly acknowledging a number fo times "Good, Good that is all I want". Your accusation that we forged your name is completely out of order. Keep in mind we never like to sign documents for a client, but under certain circumstances we will authorize documents, only if and when, the client authorizes us to do so. At 25:45 of the call ****** states that if not possible to sign right now she can authorize for you if you authroize her to do so on your behalf on a recorded line. Your response verbatim was " Oh Yes Go Ahead. I trust you ******. You have been fair with me and trying to help me." Feel free to fact check this on your recording. Please note that a forgery is an "unauthroized fraudulent act with intent to deceive". This is far from what transpired on the call. On the 2nd call with *****, a call that was an hour long, ***** took her time, answered and explained every question that you had to the point where you say multiple times "Thank you for that explanation, I understand now". At 45 minutes into the call you start the esign process and at 56:13 of the call you submit signed documents to move forward. Again there was no pressure and all your concerns were addressed. *****, if you wanted to cancel all you had to do is say I want to cancel. At any time during either call you could have said no! You did not! Your demeanor and verbage during the calls certainly did not indicate any kind of credibility issue, distrust, uncertainty or hesitation. The accusations you made, founded on no evidence that we found, are serious and we strongly urge you to retract them asap. Your case has been closed with no further action. Since no money was every paid to us no funds are due back. We will have to chock up the work that you contracted us to do, and never received payment for, as a loss.

      Having filed a complaint with BBB,and excepted company's excuse, only to have ongoing problem, see following; This was emailed to your company feb.22,2022 and never replied to. A complaint was filled with the better business bureau in May 2022 of whom replied was the owner of the company who I will quote: have someone look into this case and get back to you a.s.a.p Today is July 11, 2022 have yet to receive the above mentioned correspondence or any other for that matter. I paid in advance the monies that were requested of $ 2500.00 to and the I quote all inclusive amount by your associate "****" and never a word back. So , you've eliminated the choices process to this point, and from the lack of any professional correspondences from your company, I will assume that what your intentions were all along. So now, with no other available options, I suppose there will be some sort of legal Action needed to retrieve the monies paid in good faith upfront, along with interest accured in the 24 month period from its induction, and all legal fees . Again, this is how your treating people who've entrusted their personal and individual tax issuses with you, maybe it's time to find out what you plan on doing,short of trying to just quit or dissapear. I'm going to move forward with what I need to do to be reimbursed for my monies and my time, that's only fair and for starters. I'm sure there's more to this , but that's for someone else to waste their time on. I'm not going to chase anymore, I will have an attorney do the rest.       I paid millennia Tax Relief over ****** dollars to resolve my taxes and after I paid them they refuse to answer calls or emails and I'm still receiving taxes notices from the IRS saying there going to garnish my wages. I have contacted them many times when you say your a new costomer they answer right away but after they answer the phone and you explain the situation they quickly say that they must transfer you to someone else and they send you to voice mail
