    I have order some truck parts I returned them and arrived in April 30 and today is now May 6 I still have not received my refund I have contacted the company no response at all I would not recommend buying from this company at all bad customer service

    How do contact them? I bought and installed an $818 set of LED headlights for my Peterbilt 386 and after 10 months the high beam quit working on the left side. It didn't bother me much as I seldom use high beam but a month later the low beam quit also. I have spent hours today trying to figure out how to contact them. I went to their web page & tried to sign in but one of the required steps is to select a country from their drop down menu but it doesn't drop down so it rejected my sign in.

    Terrible business practices! As soon as you have a malfunctioning product, theyre unreachable. I will Never purchase anything from this ghost company!

    This is exactly what I thought. It is not just me who has had a bad experience here. I purchased running boards through ********* and they just don't fit no matter how you install them. I have installed running boards before and this is a mess for the 2017 Tundra. Yes they offered me to send them back but, who the heck wants to resend, repackage and this huge 6 foot long package just because they screwed up and deny a mistake was made. If I wasn't a welder I would have thrown them in the trash. I have cut 1/2 inch steel shims and weld them on and add longer bolts just to make them line up. I have invested 8 hours of my time modifying this fiasco. Do not buy.
