    Purchased a set of headlights for ***** VLN Semi truck on April 2, 2024 from the seller's Amazon store. The high beam went completely out of passenger side light in the beginning of July 2024. I have sent a message to seller via Amazon (7/22) and via their website regarding an exchange or any information regarding warranty. I have not received any communication back from the seller. This is an urgent issue since the truck is now in violation of the *** requirements.

    I bought a 2006 Expedition on November 22nd on ******** Marketplace, but unfortunately, it broke down on November 24th, just two days after the purchase. I thought that I was dealing with **********, but it was a woman named, *************** from *****. She stated that there were no mechanical issues. I noticed a ticking sound, and the car slowed down while I was driving on the interstate in traffic. I took it to a mechanic for a diagnostic check. The mechanic discovered it was an engine problem and recommended that I return the vehicle and get my money back. Therefore, I returned the car on November 27th. I contacted the dealership and owners, and they stopped responding to my calls, texts, or messenger chat. I had the diagnostic document in the truck for them to review. I reached out to my lawyer today. They are scammers. Once they get your money, you don't hear back from them.

    In March 2022 I ordered a cover for my truck. The item was delivered, but I was not home and it was stolen. The ***** guy forged my signature which was verified by the company itself. ***** compared the signature on my license vs the delivery receipt and confirmed its not mine. I also filed a police report for the stolen item which is a crime if it's a lie.

    I give this information to Auto Dynasty and they refuse to give me a refund AND they also refuse to contact ***** to proceed the case. I was told by ***** that they need to contact them as Auto Dynasty is the one who insured the item so they have to make a claim.

    So after they refuse to take action and after I provide a police report (which is a crime if I lied) they refused to help me in anyway. So I lost over 400 dollars and the item that I paid for. Auto Dynasty is for themselves not thier customers. I will leave this review anywhere I possibly can as it needs to be known this company does not care for their customers.

    3/25/2022 at 11:14 am based on ***** tracking # ************. We already fulfilled our end of the bargain and shipped out the product with ***** tracking & signature confirmation so we're not obligated to offer to reship you a new order or refund your payment. We indicated if you feel ***** made a mistake you to take this up with the carrier. And yes if you are able to have the carrier change the tracking status to lost or undelivered showing the package has NOT delivered you're welcome to contact us back after for a replacement or refund. However as of today the order has confirmed delivered and here is ***** proof of deliver letter confirming the deliver: ********************************************

    You continue to stick by the same argument. I have told you repeatedly. ***** said YOU Auto Dynasty must contact them due to you having insurance on the item.

    Yet YOU refuse to do your part. For a paying customer.
