ECMS is a logistic company. I sent a package by using ECMS service and paid the the shipping charge on 12/04/2023. The package has never been delivered and more than 5 online contacts and phone calls to ECMS, there has been no response from ECMS. I ordered 2 pair of shoes from Goat on 11/4 & 11/5..After waiting weeks for my shoes to come.They claimed that they have been delivered.I had my Pobox as the delivery address but in the picture that they claimed they delivered the shoes to, Is clearly not my post office box.They are scammers and need to be shut down.They are stealing from people.Initial Complaint

*** purchased a pair of Asics gel **** 2 weeks ago from *********** and today your delivery persons said the package was delivered to a costumer which is not true! I ordered a pair of shoes off of GOAT on 08/27/23. My shoes were said to be at *** on Friday when there were no updates on Monday I was skeptical. I tried calling a bunch of times no answer. So I looked up the reviews & found 9 others with the exact same problem. Theyre purchases from GOAT as well. Please shut down this 3rd party delivery it seems like they stole our ************ will be seeking a refund.Initial Complaint

There business phone doesnt answer ever I feel like they avoid talking to explain whats going on For some reason my package arrived at there warehouse and was sent back to ***** idk why No one can answer emails either I feel like they avoid on purpose and its not fair especially when you waste more than 160$ If they cant ship in a correct matter why even be a business in a first placeInitial Complaint

Ordered a package from GOAT on 7/23 and package still has not arrived. The tracking information provided is vague and gives no updates on the whereabouts of the package. I feel like this company is a bogus organization that steals packages. There is no way to contact them. Calls go unanswered and you will only receive an automated reply via email. I want my delivery or GOAT can refund my almost $250 and take it up with the horrible shipping company they use.
