  I placed an order of $180.00 and never received my order. No phone number to call. Sent order requests and they don't get back to me. I do not recommend ordering it is a scam. How do we get our money back?

  Placed order on 01/09/23, refunded portion due to unavailability. Remaining items have not been sent. Status of order says refunded. All of it has not. They will not answer emails. I purchased through PayPal, they offer consumer protection. Filing a claim today.

  I purchased 5 items beginning of January. I contacted for weeks finally received a note from "Eve" that something was backordered so they didn't send the rest of the order. I told *** to refund my $$ for that one item and send the rest. Amazingly that item was refunded.However, BIG MISTAKE. The rest of the clothes arrived about 2 weeks later and I've never seen such ugly and poorly sewn (horrible material) in my life!!!I now am trying to return everything and I get zip response. Nothing! Lost $150 -

  I ordered $212 worth of clothes on January 9. Its February 21 I have not received my clothes I have not received any return emails or I have not got my money back. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never order from them again Shouldve known not to order from them being on ******** in the first place I will go into a brick and mortar store from now on.

  Finally received my order. Was not fooled by their claim of being US made and shipped as I have ordered from ***** before. I waited ten days after order (website says ships in 3 days and **** days to arrive). I always use Paypal for orders. So at 10 days I filed a complaint. Miraculously, I received a notice that my order shipped on 1/31. It did arrive at my post office on 2/10. Items are basically what i expected from *****. Shirts are polyester, not cotton/linen. Fit is fine. Hopefully not too hot in climate I will wear them in. Pants say cotton but maybe a mix. They are a little big so may have to take in but better than too small or short in crotch which has been a problem in past. I would never order from any of these sites without using Paypal.

  Horrible. Save your money and time. Cheaply made clothing. They refuse to answer customer service email for exchange and block your ability to comment on their site. Clithing is grossly oversized, yes OVERsized. They also remove all negative comments immediately, do not be fooled because you see positive only comments on the page.

  Zero customer service. I ordered 5 items. 1 missing entirely & the remaining 4 items were all unacceptable. Seams sewn incorrectly, not correct fabric, plastic designs barely stuck on. A complete scam.

  Ladies BEWARE!!!! I was naive as H*** on this purchase. I read all the reviews not thinking that they could be made up. I made a purchase January 17, 2023. Well a two weeks went by. The time frame that was stated was to be 7 to 15 days. A LIE. I recieved a cofirmation number, the whole nine. Just to make it look real. I have emailed. Someone or something responded saying " We don't see an order for, please send your email". You already have my email. I have consider it a loss. I don't play about my hard earned money. Im very disappointed. They or IT doesn't deserve the one star.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY! I ALSO EMAILED 4 TIMES AND HAVEN'T HEARD A THING NOR HAVE I RECIEVED MY CLOTHES!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOGUS ******** COMPANY!!
