  Total scam. I received 4 tops. I need to return 2 as they look like a second grader could wear them. I emailed them they promptly emailed me back requesting pictures of the items to be returned. I am unable to send pictures to their email. Keeps saying message failed and blacklisted. Guess I am with the rest of the people out of my money and two useless tops. I will keep trying to get a resolution. UGH

  If I could give a zero I would!!! I so wish I had checked here before ordering from this company! I did really like most of what I got so I guess I'm luckier than most here. 1 dress didn't fit. I paid $40 for it. I emailed their customer service and asked to return the dress. 3 days and another email request later, I got an offer to refund me $7 and I could keep the dress. WHAT?? Another email asking for a return authorization and another 3 days and I get an offer of $11. Today I was offered $15. Please do something about this company! How can they not have a phone number? I believe they are falsely advertising that they are based in the US.

  Ordered from this place and have tried to contact them to return what I received as it was not at all like the photos. VERY DISSAPOINTED! Now on their ******** page - I can't even comment as the comments have been turned off. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not return emails!!!

  I ordered 5 items and received them all, but only 1 item fit and looked similar to the item I thought I was getting. Nothing looked close to what was advertised, and everything is made from cheap, thin fabric.They don't communicate, and I feel like I was scammed out of $140.

  Ordered several items - most don't fit well. I want to return them, and have emailed several times, and no response. There is no phone number to call. Looks like I'm out $$. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Pretty sure I won't be purchasing anything online like this again. (I hate thieves.)

  Received clothing wanted to do exchange/refund they say that you cannot send back until you hear to get an authorization number and its been two weeks. I havent heard anything.

  Ugh! Why didnt I come here first? This place has GOT to be shut down! I ordered several items and cannot wear 3 outfights- the sweater is ok, not great quality though. ZERO communication from them after multiple attempts. Money is gone, low quality, non fitting items remain. So disappointed??

  Purchased 4 items, over $100 and received 3. Fabric was not what was advertised, complete junk. Have emailed 3 times to do a return and refund, no response. They advertise all over social media and Im sure get tons of orders. I dont see me getting my money back, so upset.

  I am so annoyed I didn't check up on these people first--I'm out over $160 for poorly made clothes, not as described and not sized correctly. I don't know if there is a way to warn others. Of course their ads say contact immediately if you need to return something and then no one replies to emails sent through their website. How can I file a report them officially?
