I purchased items from their site and the quality and sizing is not to US standards despite publishing on their site and operating in the **. They advertise return policy is to communicate with them thru emaIl and then refuse to provide return instructions and only offer 20% off purchase. They are scamming and not following US laws on return policy and not posting their refusal to allow returns anywhere on their site.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 items on January 25th. They did not arrive for 1 month, on Feb 28th. They arrived after my vacation. They are NOT even near decent quality. The material is like paper and super thin. Looks nothing like the photos or description. Website says full refund and return within 30 days of delivery. I keep getting offered 20% with 10% off next purchase and the 30 % off. I placed an order for 3 tops. I paid with a credit card. It took 2 weeks to receive my items. The clothes are cheaply made and look nothing like what they advertise. They are paper thin and they dont fit correctly. I have reached out to their customer service via email several times for a return label and instructions. They have not responded. Ordered 3 outfits from curve ladies $132.00 returned them to the return address with letter enclosed with return address. Return address on envelope. They said they went to a different part of curve I asked why they were not returned to me they emailed back and forth and continued to deny receiving the package and did not explain why it was not returned to me. I placed an order of 4 items with curveladies.com on 5/15/2023 for $102.05. I received a shipment of 2 items on 5/30/2023. The items were of inferior quality and did not fit. Per their return policy, I immediately notified them that I was returning the items and requested that they issue a credit for the remaining items that did not ship. Their instructions say to contact s********************** for return instructions. I have had 3 email exchanges with them requesting the return instructions and address. They've responded by asking that I accept $8, then $15 and a credit for future purchase for the shipped items having a retail value of $50. Despite 3 requests, they fail to provide me with a return address and shipping instructions. No response to the items yet to ship and no credit has been provided. I ordered $90 worth of product from this company and did not receive my complete order. No explanation was given, none in email or with the order. In looking in my account there is no notification there either.
After I contacted them and waited a week I was simply told I didn’t get it because it was sold out.
Then I was asked if I wanted to cancel or replace with another item?
I’m not going to cancel because then I’ll never see a refund from what I’m reading on here. I opted for a replacement. I doubt I will ever see it.
Products I did receive were poor quality and not what was advertised. Almost as if it was a bait and switch.

On April 29th I purchased some clothing in the amount of 206.15. When I received the shipment the sizes ran small So I reached out via email (that is the only source of contact they provide) and asked how to exchange the items. They responded they wanted me to keep them and they would give me a 20% refund. I responded back and said no thanks they don’t fit please send return info. They responded again saying ok you keep them and we will give you a 40% refund. Again I said no please send return info immediately. They responded and said you keep them and we will refund 50%. I told them no send return info and I wanted a full refund. Now they have stopped responding at all. The website says you can return or exchange within 30 days of receiving package. This company is a fraud!
